Direct flights between Cyprus and Kazakhstan may soon become a reality. 🇨🇾 🇰🇿

Today, 26th March, in Astana, the Foreign Ministers of both countries signed a memorandum paving the way for the launch of direct flights between the two nations.

According to the agreement, Kazakh airlines are granted the rights to operate flights to Larnaca and Paphos, while Cypriot airlines will be able to fly to Astana and Almaty.

We look forward to the flight launches and the opening of new horizons! 🌍

At Georgian Airways, the closer to the departure date, the more often you can find a cheaper ticket.

For instance, from Larnaca to Moscow on the 28th of March or the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 9th of April for €316 including baggage. There's a brief layover between flights in Tbilisi, just enough time to grab a souvenir magnet.

Flyone is set to increase the frequency of flights on the Yerevan-Larnaca route this week. Until the end of April, they will operate between these cities twice a week: on Thursdays and Sundays. From 30th April, an additional flight will be added on Tuesdays, and from mid-June, flights will also be scheduled on Fridays.

I have previously posted the punctuality statistics for Flyone on this route for December-January and February here.

In March, flights departed almost exactly on schedule: the maximum delay was 21 minutes.

The representative in Berlin responds promptly both by phone and WhatsApp (including in Russian) and assists in resolving any issues with your booking.

Chair Airlines, as of March 30th, has reinstated direct flights between Larnaca and Zurich.

Flights are scheduled for Saturdays in April, with additional services on Wednesdays commencing in May.

Chair, a Swiss company, operated under the name Germania Flug until 2019. Following the bankruptcy of its parent company, a strategic business revision was made, leading to the introduction of the new name. Chair's fleet comprises four Airbus 319 aircraft, aged 13, 14, 16, and 17 years respectively.
