Important Update on Token Distribution Issue

Quick Explanation of the Situation
Our team is currently gathering complete information and investigating the exact reasons behind the issue. At this moment, we can share that during the distribution process, we encountered a set of limitations that led to an inadequate distribution of the tokens. As a result, over 150 million tokens were sold for less than 1 XRP. Since the issuer wallet is blackholed, we cannot freeze these tokens. Therefore, a token swap will be required.

Important Notice
The issue is relatively isolated but poses a long-term risk due to a few individuals who managed to purchase 150 million tokens at an extremely low price. However, all funds raised via the Launchpad are safe and securely held within our team’s wallet. All affected individuals will be compensated accordingly.

Next Steps
- Stop Trading Immediately: Please do not buy or sell any tokens at this time. Keep the exact amount you currently have.
- Token Swap Mechanism: We will implement a token swap mechanism. The old tokens will be burned, and the token migration will last till 27 May.
- Compensation: After the token swap, all individuals who burned the faulty tokens will be issued new tokens. Those, who did not swap during this period, will still get a new token.

We wanted to let you know that our entire team has been hard at work addressing the recent issues, and we're nearly at a resolution. Unfortunately, the incident led to a loss of 37k XRP, but we are fully committed to making things right for everyone affected.

Here’s what’s happening next:

All IDO participants and anyone who traded within 4 hours after the IDO who create a trustline for the new token and burn their old tokens will receive new XPM tokens as a replacement. This will happen promptly on Monday at 11 AM UTC. To date, 1,000 wallets have successfully completed this process. However, 34% still need to follow these steps. If you’re unable to complete the process by Monday, don’t worry—you can still claim your new tokens later, and they will be transferred to you on-demand.

Please note that the compensation will be paid out from team's allocation.

Although we had many exciting updates planned for this week, we needed to focus our efforts on resolving this situation first. However, we’re looking forward to sharing the first piece of very good news this coming Monday at noon UTC, with more updates to follow next week.

Starting tomorrow, you can visit the IDO page to see exactly how many new tokens you will receive on Monday.
