This is from a song I wrote some years ago. I really like the progression, especially how the G opens to the CM7. I play in 6/8, so my strum is D - - U D - / D. Of course feel free to use this progression (and all the others) with any rhythm, in any way you like! πŸ’«

I use 4435 for this Em7, so there’s a nice parallel movement between the Dm7 and Em7. They are the same shape, but built on different frets.

This is episode 70! And marks the end of daily chord shorts. I’m not sure if they will come back or not. I need a break from Instagram and daily posting, to take time to focus on other behind-the-scenes projects. One of those projects is to make a workbook of these 70 chord exercises for my Patreon subscribers. Another is to turn some of them into full songs.

70 seems like a nice stopping point! Whenever I make similar posts in the future, I’ll post here again.

Thank you for following and creating with me the past few months! πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›
