It is with great honor that we announce that SAFC has partnered with the good folks over at Heartleaf Games to bring you, at our convention, The Delver's Guide to Beast World, a furry-centric supplement to Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition.

We have procured a VERY LIMITED stock of The Delver's Guide books and merch, so if you want to snag yourself a copy, come and visit our merch table at the dealers' den.

📣 Hello, all con goers! As is tradition, this year we will be holding a raffle for charity!  🗳🗳🗳
Our charity this year is one that is close to some of us - literally!
Imagine Animal Dreams in Kuilsrivier, WP, is a small shelter run from a farm by a retiree, taking in animals from the surrounding areas, giving them a safe place to stay, and helping them find their forever homes. The shelter is in dire need of food and veterinary services. We at SAFC will do our best to give them what they need!
Raffle tickets will be sold during the convention, mostly at the dealers' den, but also from @scratchw in person during active con hours, if you can find him! We're also going cashless this year, so no need to carry around cash!

The raffle draw will take place on Sunday, so if you buy tickets, please ensure you can make it to claim your prize.

If you have anything you would like to donate to the convention to raffle off, simply bring whatever you would like to offer on the weekend and drop it at our dealers' table! Or you can let @scratchw know directly on Telegram.

You are welcome to donate any goods or services you'd like, but we do have some guidelines to make it easier for everyone:

- No contraband/illegal goods. Pretty self-explanatory.
- No highly fragile items. People travel from far and wide to visit, and we don't want them opening their luggage at home to find broken glass in their suitcase.
- No items that are illegal or dangerous to transport over borders/via air transport. Same as above, but we don't want people to get into trouble at customs.
- No homemade food items. We can't guarantee food safety, or cater for people's food allergies, so better safe than sorry.
- No dirty or contaminated goods. We welcome second-hand goods, but please ensure that whatever you're donating is at least clean!

🗓 One week 🗓 before the adventure begins! And what's an adventure without ✨ glittering ✨ treasure✨?

Once again, we'd like to call for anyone who would like to offer any raffle prizes to come forth and message @scratchw if you would like to offer something, or bring it to the con merch table in the dealers' den before Sunday afternoon.

Raffle tickets will be sold at R20 each throughout the weekend from the con merch table as well as from @scratchw directly (cashless payments only, please). Raffle draw is on Sunday at 15:00.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE READ

Hello, con-goers. There have been points raised regarding the requirement of handlers for all fursuiters. While this rule was put in place for the sake of safety (for the suiter, other con-goers and property), we realised that we cannot reasonably expect all fursuiters to have handlers in a 1:1 ratio. We are thus removing the rule that all fursuiters require a handler. That being said, having a handler is still a safe practice that we strongly encourage. We trust that those who do suit without a handler at the con know the limitations to their mobility and visibility, but you do so at your own risk.

However, should any fursuiter's negligence (or the negligence of any other person, for that matter) result in injury or damage to property, they will be held accountable to the fullest extent. If you think you need a handler, get one. If you come to a piece of terrain you might struggle to navigate, find someone to help you. Use common sense when traversing steps and crowded spaces. A handler can also be useful to help keep your items, hand you water, or watch out for incoming toddlers. Consider getting one if you need one!

Please note that these rooming lists are not mandatory or final. If you would like to trade with someone, please do so amongst yourselves. Due to the venue's safety regulations, we cannot have people overcrowding rooms, so please try and stick to the listed amount of people per room.

The talk of Midnight's Edge was buried beneath layers of silence, hoping to spare others from the same fate. Yet, despite the silence, the legends endured.

Form what is known, Midnight's Edge is believed to materialize anytime our realms are close enough, like a phantom festival emerging from the mists of time. During the day, it is a place of revelry and delight, drawing in curious souls with promises of merriment. However, when the sun dips below the horizon and the clock strikes midnight, the true nature of Midnight's Edge is revealed. Only the bravest dare to venture in search of Midnight's Edge, their fates unknown to those left behind.
