Zercher Deadlifts look a bit weird but feel so good... phenomenal for the spinal erectors and lower back... I recommend getting into them if you have the mobility

Current daily diet:
Wake up 7am:
Immediately 1L raw milk with large tablespoon of honey, drink as I get ready
Across morning:
2/3 pieces of fruit
3/4 raw duck eggs
8 dates with butter
Bottle sparkling mineral water
Some more raw milk
Generally just snacking as I do my main work block
11 or 12, lunch:
14oz raw steak, block raw cheese
Raw honey, Royal jelly dollop
Sometimes white rice
2pm Training session:
Preworkout fruit, honey, sometimes teaspoon baking soda in water with creative
1L raw milk with tablespoon of honey which I drink during lift, sometimes water too
Post workout:
Sometimes more milk, sometimes a large glass freshly squeezed orange juice
6pm dinner:
14oz raw steak, block raw cheese
Raw honey, Royal jelly dollop
Sauerkraut, white rice
All organic, all grass fed etc
Feel in a nice rhythm and satiated but staying light with this setup of eating. Not spending much time preparing food either other than cooking rice and slicing up meat.

SUPER SIMPLE MOBILITY EXERCISE
You got a door, you got a mobility tool.
A lot of the stretching we do is a temporary relaxation to access new range of motion, which is fine and good and one part of the puzzle.
But the ACTIVE tension of awakening new muscles is the most powerful piece of being strong and mobile.
This methodology of actively pulling the muscles further into the stretch using the door as a βstopperβ of sorts to get us there, is a great way to neurologically dig deeper into our body
I found myself getting a nice pump and also with my joints feeling looser after doing this for a few minutes.
This same logic could be applied to any stretch Iβm sure.
