Excukyselyn tarkoituksena on kehittää excusektoria paremmin ja tehokkaammin kiltalaisia palvelevaksi. Kysely keskittyy excujen toimialoihin, määrään ja sisältöön kolmessa osiossa. Mikään kysymyksistä ei ole pakollinen, joten voit halutessasi vastata vain…

🗺 Hyväksyttiin PTER-hakemus Scotland Yard -lautapelistä kiltahuoneelle prodekolaisten iloksi.
🗣 Keskusteltiin siitä, että jotkut jättäytyvät etenkin ilmaisista tapahtumista pois hankkimatta itselleen korvaajaa. Tämä aiheuttaa mm. excuissa mainehaittaa Prodekolle ja vaikeuttaa tarjoilujen mitoittamista. Keskusteltiin tavoista, joilla tätä voitaisiin vähentää.
🖥 Selvitetään Tutaklubin näyttöjen toimivuutta, ja pohdittiin, miten Tutaklubin hiljaisuutta tilana voi fasilitoida.

🗺 A PTER-grant request for the Scotland Yard board game was accepted for the joy of Prodekoians.
🗣 The problem of signing up for especially free events without getting yourself a replacement was discussed. This causes e.g., reputational damage to Prodeko in the case of excursions and makes the planning of catering more difficult. Ways for mitigating this were discussed.
🖥 The condition of the Tutaklubi screens will be investigated, and the enhancement of the status of Tutaklubi as a quiet space was discussed.

Terassikausi on avattu ja terassi on koko killan vapaassa käytössä. Käyttäkää terdeä, se on sitä varten! Kerrataan Prodekon terassiin liittyvät käytännöt terdekauden alkaessa.
Jotta terassi säilyy hyvänä ja on kaikille mukava käyttää, jätäthän sen vähintään parempaan kuntoon kuin missä se oli ennen käyttöäsi. ✔️

Instructions upon arrival
Communication
• If you are organizing larger events, please notify well in advance on Telegram @markusai and to the TUAS lobby service at aula-tapahtumat@aalto.fi
- If you organize big events, fill in an event form: https://forms.aalto.fi/login?ec=302&startURL=%2Fs%2Flobby-services
Electrical appliances
• In the terrace wall you see 3 four-way-sockets. Max 1 heat lamp per four-way-socket. Otherwise the fuse will blow.
• If you need more heat, you can use an extension cord from the guild room window for a maximum of 1 heat lamp.
Sail
• Raise the sail if needed.
Instructions before leaving
Grill
• Close the gas valve
• Disconnect the gas hose from the gas tank
• Clean the grill grates
• Clean the collection tray under the grill
• Clean the grill tongs and spatula
• Leave the grill tools hanging on the grill side hooks
• Cover the grill with a protective cover
- Leave the gas tank under the protective cover
Terrace
• Wipe the tables
• Take out the trash, the nearest trash bin is in the parking lot next to the T-building
• Store cleaning supplies under the bar counter
• Clear the bar table, all supplies under the counter
Electrical appliances
• Ensure there are no foods left in the refrigerator that go bad
• Make sure the refrigerator remains on
• Disconnect the heat lamps from the wall
• Store the heat lamps under the bar counter
• Turn off the lights
Sail
• If you have raised the sail, lower it and fold it neatly to under the bar.
Running out of something
- if you run out of something, like gas, inform on Telegram @markusai
- if you break something, inform @markusai so it can be repaired

🪩 Valittiin Disko-60 valmistelutoimikuntaan Benjamin Kari, Jenna Liinamaa ja Niklas Linnanen. Valinnoissa korostettiin erityisesti hakijoiden käytettävyyttä ja varainkeruuaspektia.

🧥 Representatives from the high school marketing team came to present their suggestions to acquire vests for the team to boost cohesion and marketing efforts. The decision on buying the vests will be made in a future board meeting.
🪩 Chose Benjamin Kari, Jenna Liinamaa and Niklas Linannen to the Disko-60 preparation committee. Availability and the fundraising perspective were especially emphasized in the choices.
🅰️ The aTalent-team updated the board on Prodeko's owner strategy and aTalent's next strategy period. Concluded that most important to Prodeko is aTalents profitability and growth, but we want to express that even small dividends can have a significant effect on Prodeko.

Esirippu aukeaa Dipolin Kaleva-salissa 29.4. klo 14:30, kun omat rakkaat fuksimme laittavat shown pystyyn koko Otaniemelle ja juuri sinut on kutsuttu!
Fuksispeksit ovat täällä ja taatusti räjäyttävät tajunnan. Tätä et halua missata. Speksit ovat jokaisen Wapun ehdoton kulmakivi, ja meno ja meininki on taattua, onhan luvassa yllätysesiintyjäkin!!
Saapukaa siis joukoin paikalle, mutta jättäkäähän virvoikkeet tällä kertaa kotiin, sillä yliopiston tiloihin ei omia, teekkaria väkevämpiä juomia pidä tuoman! Varaudu sen sijaan hilpeällä tuulella, fuksinmielisyydellä ja muutamalla mahtavalla Omstartilla, pääpäivänä pääsemme kaikki nauttimaan fuksien luovuuden ja ahkeruuden tuloksista!!

Aalto Finance, Pykälä, HankInvest, and Prodeko warmly welcome you to M&A Evening
2024!
During the evening, you will learn more about M&As from four different aspects: legal
(Hannes Snellman), investment banking (Nordea), strategy (BCG), and client-side /
private equity (Vaaka Partners).
You also get to test your skills in a relaxed environment
by solving an LBO case in multidisciplinary groups, and afterwards enjoy a dinner while
connecting with students and partner representatives from different backgrounds. The
evening will culminate with an after-party at Jackie Bar!

It's time to get your shit together and dedicate 2.5.-31.5. to moving. The concept is simple: you move, you get points. 4 guilds will be competing against each other: IK, FK, Athene and Prodeko. And as a bonus, August will have a team too!
But why?
Winner guild will receive a generous amount of skumppas from the loser guilds for their event on the friday of next orientation week!
In addition to this, TOP 3 movers from each guild will be rewarded by August!!
PLUS everyone who completes a minimum of 50 points will get an overall patch :)
Point system:
- 1km of walking/running = 1 point
- 1km of cycling = 0.2 points
- 1km of swimming = 5 points
- 1km of skiing (with or without rollers)/rollerblading/skateboarding = 0.5 points
The minimum distance is always 0.5km (except for swimming)!
