Spettro è un locale di Brescia che da un paio di anni offre delle lineup di musica sperimentale (inclusa vapor, italo-disco, lo-fi, chiptune, noise, ambient...).

Chiaramente il COVID è stata una botta incredibile per il locale, che già prima offriva i propri servigi ad una nicchia di pubblico piuttosto ristretta ma regolare — anche perché in questo mondo malato e guidato dalle mode difficilmente puoi fare musica interessante ed avere un forte successo di pubblico.

Noi che vi abbiamo collaborato non possiamo che lodare la loro linea etica che non cerca necessariamente il profitto e permette a tutti di andare a casa contenti dopo ogni serata.

Difficilmente abbiamo visto, anche in altre situazioni più blasonate di Brescia, locali che riuscivano in questo. È un luogo speciale, una culla per la cultura contemporanea internazionale, che secondo noi merita di essere preservata, e questo Kickstarter è un modo per impedire che sparisca.

Mancano pochi giorni alla chiusura del Kickstarter, ma ogni aiuto è gradito, anche se piccolo! E potete stare certi che sarà per una buona causa!

Spettro is a club in Brescia that has been offering experimental music lineups for a couple of years now (including vaporwave, Italo-disco, lo-fi, chiptune, noise, ambient...).

Clearly, COVID has been an incredible setback for the club, which already offered its services to a rather small but regular niche - also because in this sick fashion driven world you can hardly make interesting music and have a huge success with the public.

Since we have collaborated with them on certain occasions, we have many words of praise for their ethics that don't necessarily seek profit, yet allow everyone involved to go home happy after every event.

We have hardly seen, even in places way trendier than Brescia, venues that succeeded in this. It's a special place, a cradle for international contemporary culture, which we think deserves to be preserved, and this Kickstarter is a way to stop it from disappearing.

We know the deadline is near, but any donation is welcome, no matter how small!
And you can rest assured it will be for a good cause!

Cosa bolle in pentola?

Dopo anni di silenzio, la sera di Sabato 8 Luglio dalle 20:30 torna Microbrixia con una cornucopia di artisti chiptune e micromusic in occasione della Festa di Tanabata dell'Associazione Culturale Italogiapponese Fuji!

Alla festa saranno presenti anche molte altre attività culturali (fra cui un concerto di taiko), food trucks e workshop a tema.

Dove saremo? In centro a Brescia, nel quartiere Carmine, appena fuori dal locale Carmen Town!
