All international and international-minded students are again warmly welcomed to Johto Ry’s Wappu Mayhem and Wappu/Easter Tasting on Monday 8 April The concept was first introduced last year and already becoming a tradition.
Participation is free. All you need to do is register via the forms link right here at the latest on Friday 5 April.
The event takes place at the Hervanta campus in the main building Language center kitchen between 4-8 PM on 8 April.

FI/EN Wappu soittelee mutta vielä olisi opintoja tehtävänä? Tule Johdon opintopajaan keskittymään, niin voit paremmilla mielillä siirtyä kohti alkavan wapun hulinoita! Johdon opintopajassa on taas tarjolla opiskelua pomodoro-tekniikalla. Ensimmäinen pomodoro aloitetaan kello 10, toinen lounastauon jälkeen noin kello 12:30. Opiskelun ohella nautitaan energiajuomista ja eväistä sekä arvotaan reippaiden opiskelijoiden kesken 6 lippua huhtikuun Kolmioille!

Wappu is coming but you still have things to do? Come to our study workshop to focus, so that you can put schoolwork behind and focus on the upcoming wappu celebrations. Once again our workshop includes studying using pomodoro, the first session starts at 10am and the second around 12:30 after a short lunch break. Besides studying we are going to be giving out energydrinks, snacks and the possibility to win tickets to April's Kolmiot.

Tiivistelmä Johto ry:n kevätkokouksesta 7.5.2024
Aarne Rissanen valittiin talous- ja suhdevastaavaksi loppukaudelle 2024.
Vuoden 2023 tilinpäätös palautettiin valmisteluun ja se tullaan käsittelemään ylimääräisessä kokouksessa. Hallitus on tehnyt päätöksen järjestää ylimääräinen kokous alkusyksystä. Myös hallituksen 2023 tili- ja vastuuvapaus käsitellään ylimääräisessä kokouksessa.
Kokouksessa jätettiin ponsi hallinnon avoimuudesta.

Summary of the Johto ry’s spring meeting on 7 May 2024
Aarne Rissanen was elected as the treasurer and affairs responsible for the rest of 2024.
The year-end accounts for 2023 were returned to preparation and will be discussed in an extraordinary meeting. The Board has decided to organize the extraordinary meeting in early autumn.
The legal and economic responsibilty freedom of 2023 board will also be discussed in the extraordinary meeting.
The meeting left a resolution of wish to the transparency of the administration.
The minutes and the attachments can be found in Finnish on the Johto ry website.

Tökkiikö kesäkurssit, kandi tai gradu? Tervetuloa opiskelemaan MABin opiskelijoiden kanssa Johdon opintopajaan 21.5.!
Opintopajassa työskennellään itsenäisesti yhdessä. Hyödynnämme työskentelyssä pomodoro-tekniikkaa (25min opiskelua ja 5min tauko). Aloitamme ensimmäisen pomodoron kello 12.00. Pidämme lounastauon kello 14 ja palaamme kello 14:30.
Opintopajaan saa tulla ja mennä omien tarpeiden ja jaksamisen mukaan. Osallistuaksesi sinun täytyy tuoda mukanasi vain oma läppärisi, me tarjoamme kahvia ja pientä purtavaa. Tule hakemaan motivaatiota joukosta! Äläkä huoli, tilassa riittää kyllä kaikille pistorasioita!

Are your coursework, bachelor's, or thesis making you go mad? Welcome to study with other MAB students at Johto’s MAB Study Workshop. In the study group, we work independently together. We utilize the Pomodoro technique (25-minute study and 5-minute break) in our work. We start the first Pomodoro at 12.00. We'll take a lunch break at 2:00 p.m. and we'll be back at 2:30 p.m.
You are allowed to come and go according to your own needs and mental resources. You only have to bring your own laptop, we offer coffee and snacks. Come and find motivation in group study! Do not worry, the space is filled with power sockets!
Please note that the study workshops are for study purposes, and the snacks are intended for students in the workshop. So don't disturb the work of others in the hope of the servings.
