The City Council of Milan has denied citizenship to Julian Assange. With 7 votes in favor, 12 against and 6 abstentions, the City Council of Milan denied the conferral of honorary citizenship to Julian Assange, founder of WikiLeaks, rejecting the proposal presented by the Councilors.
