It is sad to see conservative/right wingers who claimed to care about free speech during COVID1984 drop the cause now that protesters are calling out Israel's crimes. You don't have to endorse all the actions of the protesters (like encampments, or breaking into buildings) to support freedom of speech.
If you spoke up when college campuses were stifling free speech on topics you care about, or of people you follow, and now are calling for violently arresting protesters on campuses, you are part of the problem.
Your principles don't matter if you abandon them at a moment's notice, or when there's a cause you don't support.
This article highlights how in 2019 TX Governor Greg Abbot signed a law to protect free speech on college campuses and now he is excitedly sending in state troopers to disrupt and attack protesters.

Welp, another day, another crypto arrest.
This time, the feds are going after Roger Ver, an early bitcoin proponent and radical advocate of Voluntaryism. Ver is infamous for publicly rescinding his U.S. citizenship and funding many projects, including the fight to free Ross Ulbricht.
Roger's company, Bitcoin dot com, funded my first 2 tours in 2017 and 2018. I was actually scheduled to interview him this month about his new book, Hijacking Bitcoin.
The IRS is mad because he had millions of dollars in BTC and he didn't pay them their extortion fee.
Unfortunately, we should expect this to increase, my friends. The state is doing everything they can to make sure that we cannot opt out by using crypto. Right now, though, there is still opportunity with Monero.

Yikes. I do not think this is a good move.
For one, it's important for people to recognize the difference between the Libertarian Party and the liberty movement. They are not the same. Many people, like myself, do not vote (for the LP or otherwise) and see this move as a sacrificing of Libertarian principles (Again) to gain some potential media attention. It's a sad tired, failed strategy.
Question: Should I go to do DC to the LNC to attempt to question Trump?

“This momentous occasion will mark the first time a former President directly addresses our members, candidates, and executive committee,” the Libertarian Party announced on Tuesday morning. “Don’t miss this opportunity to hear insights from a prominent figure in American politics and watch him engage with Libertarian ideals.”

Pro-Israel Agitator Shouts ‘Kill the Jews,’ Gets Everyone Else Arrested
Northeastern University had around 100 peaceful protesters arrested on Saturday at its Boston campus’ pro-Palestine encampment, claiming that there had been reports of protesters using antisemitic slurs; but according to witnesses, the protester who spewed hate speech was a pro-Israel counter protester.
On Saturday morning, Northeastern Vice President for Communications Renata Nyul released a statement, announcing that the protest on Centennial Common would be cleared by campus police and local law enforcement. In the statement, she explained that the reason they were clearing the encampment was because of the presence of hate speech at the site.
“What began as a student demonstration two days ago, was infiltrated by professional organizers with no affiliation to Northeastern. Last night, the use of virulent antisemitic slurs, including ‘Kill the Jews,’ crossed the line,” she said. “We cannot tolerate this kind of hate on our campus."
Across the country, university administrators and politicians alike have publicized reports of antisemitic speech at student-led protests, as part of their justification for arresting students, and disbanding protests urging them to divest from Israel. These accounts often vary from eye-witness accounts of the peaceful protests.
GBH’s Tori Bedford quickly confirmed that she had heard someone say “Kill the Jews,” but it wasn’t the peaceful pro-Palestine protesters. The chant came from a pro-Israel agitator who joined the crowd late Friday night.
