ﻳُﺴﺨﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻴﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﺎﺭ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻄﺔ ﻭﻳُﻀﺎﻑ ﺍﻟﺴﻜﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﺎﻧﻴﻠﻴﺎ (ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻜﺔ ) ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﺐ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﺬﻭﺏ ﺍﻟﺴﻜﺮ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﺎً، ﺛﻢ ﻳﻮﺿﻊ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﺎً .
ﺗُﺨﻠﻂ ﺍﻟﺰﺑﺪﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺸﺪﺓ ( 4/1 ﻛﻮﺏ ) ﻓﻲ ﻃﺎﺟﻦ ﻓﺨﺎﺭ ﻣﺴﺘﻄﻴﻞ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﺐ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﻨﺪﻣﺠﺎ .
ﻳُﻀﺎﻑ ﺍﻷﺭﺯ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﺐ ﺍﻟﺠﻴﺪ ﺛﻢ ﻳُﻀﺎﻑ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻴﺐ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻜﺮ .
ﻳُﻮﺿﻊ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﺟﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻥ ﻟﻤﺪﺓ 45 ﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ ﻭﻳُﻐﻄﻰ ﻟﻤﺪﺓ 30 ﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ ،ﺛﻢ ﻳُﺮﻓﻊ ﺍﻟﻐﻄﺎﺀ ﻭﻳُﺪﻫﻦ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺍﻷﺭﺯ ﺑﻤﻠﻌﻘﺘﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﺸﻄﺔ ﻭﻳُﺘﺮﻙ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﺮﻥ ﻟﻤﺪﺓ 15 ﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﺤﻤﺮ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺍﻷﺭﺯ .
ﻳُﺘﺮﻙ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﺟﻦ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﺒﺮﺩ ﻗﻠﻴﻼً، ﺛﻢ ﻳُﻘﻄﻊ ﻭﻳُﻘﺪﻡ ﻣﻊ ﻗﻠﻴﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻜﺮﻳﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻠﺒﺎﻧﻲ

ﺗُﺨﻠﻂ ﺍﻟﺰﺑﺪﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺸﺪﺓ ( 4/1 ﻛﻮﺏ ) ﻓﻲ ﻃﺎﺟﻦ ﻓﺨﺎﺭ ﻣﺴﺘﻄﻴﻞ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﺐ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﻨﺪﻣﺠﺎ .
ﻳُﻀﺎﻑ ﺍﻷﺭﺯ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﺐ ﺍﻟﺠﻴﺪ ﺛﻢ ﻳُﻀﺎﻑ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻴﺐ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻜﺮ .
