Сегодня я выходной ! Ночью ужасно спал и утро было таким же,но не смотря на это в 6:40 я был уже в зале ! Сейчас в пути,еду к подруге на день рождения! Надеюсь завтра мне не будет плохо и не прийдется воскресать?😎

🤓Многие думают ,что видео моей трансформации это обработка и я никогда не был жирный. Поверьте еще как был и я дико комплексовал.
🙈Соц сети я в тот период вел ,но фотографировал только лицо ,а фото в рост выгружал только из старых.Собственно никаких секретов в изменение моей формы нет. Свой путь совершенства я прохожу один,ведь только мне одному это нужно. Я не могу стоять на месте и ухожу в депрессию,если ничего не происходит. Я просто взял себя в руки и перестал есть вредное ,пить алкоголь ,а так же начал день через день ходить в зал.
