We must check all applications for multi-accounts, and also, and also select validators who truly contribute to the development of the network!

This 3 validators will get the biggest delegation for implementation of Sputnik Network functionality into their wallets!

About functionality:

Sputnik Network App-chain will use InterChain Accounts (ICA) to give possibiltity to send crypto not only by addreses, but also by Twitter, Telegram and Discord usernames!

It will have as Web2, as Web3 functionality!
