In an effort to ensure as many SEED holders as possible are aware of the SEED to UNFI and UP conversion process, Sesameseed will be posting a series of announcements with direct links to certain portions of the published article.

The SEED to UNFI & UP conversion is OPTIONAL

SEED holders can choose to claim UP & migrate for UNFI

"SEED holders who do not wish to UPgrade their SEED to UNFI & UP can redeem their SEED through the existing process on Sprout until July 31, 2021"

👷‍♀️Effective immediately, Sesameseed may begin moving tokens in preparation for the SEED to UNFI and UP conversion.

(This will include unstaking tokens from Unifi nodes and movement of native tokens within the SEED redeem value. In some cases this may also include sending certain tokens to centralized exchanges.)

Some public *displays* of SEED redeem value may be impacted by this movement.
😎SEED will continue to be redeemable in Sprout at the correct value regardless of any displayed value.

SEED swap is not impacted by this and will continue to function properly.

(Dont't forget - Deadline for swaps and redeems is July 31)

This preparation process in necessary to help ensure a smooth SEED to UNFI and UP conversion process.

Q: Does it matter which blockchain my SEED is on at the time of the snapshot?

Yes! This will determine on which chain you will be able to claim your UP tokens

To get $UP tokens:

Hold $SEED. Snapshot of SEED coming up on August 1.

1. Don't buy SEED after the snapshot. It will be associated with the address it was in at the time of the snapshot

2. Claims for $UP tokens will not begin until at least August 5.

We have completed a thorough audit of the ongoing $SEED to $UNFI & $UP process

Certain $UP claims had small discrepancies. Details below.

But good news! All impacted addresses have already been airdropped the appropriate amount of base tokens.

Not all $UP claims were impacted.
See the table for information on each blockchain.

If you claimed BEFORE the date & time listed (ie blockheight) for each blockchain, you've already received your airdrop on that chain 👏


If you claimed after, you were never impacted. Congrats!

☺️ Check the same wallet you claimed with in order to view your airdrop.

Your airdrop amount can be determined using the number listed in the last column, “Airdrop Amount per SEED”

So multiply that number by the amount of SEED you had at snapshot & that's how much base token you were airdropped on that blockchain.

This resolves all issues with $UP claims.

Sesameseed will now continue to move toward ceasing all services as described at that link. Few social media announcements are expected prior to the UNFI migration closing.

The next step for Sesameseed is the SEED to UNFI migration. This process is open for SEED holders and will close on September 18th 2021. This is also the final deadline to claim UP.
