Me Katja Wörmer parle de la procédure scandaleuse actuelle de la prison de Rosdorf contre le Dr Reiner Fuellmich : Isolement et interdiction de contact avec ses avocats suite à une plainte diffamatoire sur X !

Nous sommes choqués ! Les personnes impliquées vont avoir des comptes à rendre !

🚨 Opération d'intimidation à la prison de Rosdorf depuis 3 jours sur le Dr Reiner Fuellmich 🚨

Juste après la 13ème journée de procès au tribunal de Göttingen, le Dr Reiner Fuellmich a été forcé de se mettre à nu et a été fouillé de la tête aux pieds ainsi que ses effets personnels sans aucune justification et à l'insu de ses avocats.

Reiner a été transféré vendredi dernier dans une autre unité de détention totalement isolé dans une cellule séparée au cours des trois derniers jours et de même le jour de son anniversaire, sans aucun contact avec qui que ce soit.

Par conséquent, la voix qui avait répondu depuis l'intérieur de la cour de la prison lors du rassemblement en honneur du 66e anniversaire de Reiner Fuellmich devait être celle d'un autre détenu. Reiner lui-même n'a malheureusement rien pu entendre de ce rassemblement avec plusieurs centaines de personnes qui étaient venues en son honneur.

Il a été privé de son droit d'appeler sa femme ou ses avocats Katja Wörmer et Christof Miseré qui sont choqués par le non-respect de tous les protocoles et droits d'un prisonnier préventif.

Tout ça a perturbé gravement Reiner Fuellmich pendant le week-end, mais selon Katja Wörmer, il a finalement retrouvé une certaine stabilité.

Aujourd'hui, mardi le 7 mai, aura lieu la 14ème journée de procès à Göttingen. Nous en saurons plus dans quelques heures !

Il semble évident que certaines personnes influentes du système judiciaire tentent d'intimider Reiner Fuellmich et de le maintenir illégalement en prison.

- Attorney Katja Wörmer only learnt yesterday morning that Fuellmich had already been transferred to solitary confinement on Friday afternoon immediately after the trial day
- His cell was searched, (insignificant) things were taken in search of recording equipment
- He was not allowed to contact her or Christoph Misere! Under the rule of law, however, it is customary in any case to speak to your lawyer even if you are arrested by the police or your home is searched
- There is said to have been an anonymous complaint that Fuellmich had smuggled prohibited audio recordings to the outside world, which is said to have triggered the search of the cell. However, Füllmich has had official court authorisation from the outset to make and publish voice and video recordings, which have been available on various channels for months ("Reiner Füllmich Update"s).
- he had to submit a new application yesterday in order to be able to speak to the prison management at all. He spent three days in solitary confinement, overwhelmed and uncertain
- No one saw themselves as responsible, no one checked with the court regarding the admission permit, no one informed the prisoner of his rights, no one wanted to help him in any way, e.g. inform the defence or his wife.
- In my opinion, it seems that someone planned Reiner Fuellmich not to attend the birthday party that was held for him on Sunday in front of the prison and to which many people from Germany and abroad had travelled (he himself was transferred to the other side of the building) and was to be psychologically weakened by additional harassment.
- The cry of "freedom" on Sunday from the prison, which was attributed to him, therefore probably came from a fellow prisoner and not from him.

Lawyer Katja Wörmer's report on the unbelievable events in Rosdorf Prison, shortly before Dr. Reiner Fuellmich's birthday, which he had to spend in solitary confinement! He was even denied contact with his lawyer and his wife for more than three days.

In Germany, every person affected is entitled to speak to a lawyer at any time! Dr. Reiner Fuellmich was denied this right and kept in solitary confinement on the basis of outrageous accusations until his lawyer visited him. This procedure must be publicized everywhere!

P.S. In another report Katja Wörmer said that his fellow inmates have threatened to go on a hunger strike if Dr. Fuellmich is not transferred back to his area, but this happened on Monday.

The hearing today was relatively short. Both motions for a stay of proceedings by the defence, both by Katja Wörmer and Dr Christoph Miseré, were rejected. After the court's very sobering new legal assessment, which the presiding judge again communicated and read out today with the negative decision, Katja Wörmer criticised the fact that she had not yet read out her own application for a stay in the oral hearing and insisted on being able to read it out now. This was then authorised by the chairman. In addition, she read out her preliminary statement on the credibility of the witness Viviane Fischer. This will be supplemented.

Attorney Katja Wörmer also submitted a request for an extension of the deadline for naming further witnesses. Dr Reiner Füllmich then read out his personal statement on the current situation, which was at times very emotional and also influenced by the events of the past three days in the prison. The documents will be published later.

In the meantime, the chamber withdrew for deliberations and then announced that the two trial days in the coming week on 14 and 15 May 2024 had been cancelled and the deadline for submitting motions for evidence had been set for 10 June 2024. This can be seen as a success for the defence.
