Not my proudest moment (the first time the pockets were perfectly aligned 😔) but it is what it is. Floof is being hand sewn currently.
Triangulation, can be used in this handy system I came up with for marking placement in relation to eachother :>
Back from break (2. got the markings & a lot of 🐮 sewn).

🐮s got bling
Ahh, the moo kigu ears & jewelry are looking sooo good Very happy with these 👀
AND IT'S A WRAP, both kigus are DONE (it's 4:30)

Enjoy scrunly moo and some very, very tired geckos.

Stay tuned for better pics at the con.
Our artist alley table at NFC today, in good company with Chibeast 💚

We have collars, a pair of paws & ear set & some fursuit spray, see you around!
Hi there, lovely GW fam! 💟
Welcome all new followers joining us from NFC ❄️

We're back from NFC (since Monday). Managed to catch the worst crud in years, but we're taking it easy 🤧

This year's sales were a bit less than last year (last year we broke even, this year about ~½ of it), but then again we only did 2 days in the Artist Alley. Thank you everyone who stopped by! 🫶

As often after cons, am feeling very inspired to get back to building suits. After 18.3., I'll exceptionally be attending a morning course from 9-15 (instead of the standard 15-21 evening) meaning I'll have evenings time to work which is exciting 👀 And soon it is summer, meaning even more geckowork! 🛠
In case you missed us at NFC, gonna be posting a leftover sale soonish with free EU shipping on all existing collars + great discounts on the paws & ears!
Stay tuned 👀
So yeah, everything's been mostly on hold while I get adjusted to day life after studying/living evening for +6 years. Last week in particular was very rough (being sick without even realising it) but getting back on track.

Have realized how much studying 4-5 days a week actually drains me, no wonder things have been slow in the past years. While I'm scared for the future (full-time self-employment) and the risks (economical responsibility, paperwork, burnout) it brings, I'm also tired of trying to do 2 things at once (Geckowork and full-time study or summer job) while balancing it with a social life, so I'm looking forward to 2025 & being able to fully focus on the Geckowork on a schedule I set myself 💪
Short-term:

- Have planned a GW weekend 27.-28.4.

- Courses end late June (we have a summer course), which after I will use the remainder of the summer to catch up with the queue starting with the oldest work:

1. Wolverine partial & any owed harnesses/smaller bits
2. Rest of partial queue (🐈 & 🦅)
3. Resin/Foam casting when weather allows

Con schedule:
- At least FurryEST
- Most likely FinFur Animus
It's harness season, and we're starting with a classic bulldog! 🐶

Featuring our comfortable black strap, light silver hardwear, heavy D-ring in the front & matte black metal clip in the back.

I think the matte metal clip looks great, matches better than silver and deffo more sleek than plastic 👌
Oh?? Is it finally gecko time? 👀

Not sure if the vision range is optional for me but we'll see..

This heckin adorable base is modelled by ZabaCostumes & printed in ABS by CreativPunkt
Work in progress on a fullbody X-style harness 🛠 Need to get more Red strap to finish it, but otherwise it's looking good ❤️
Another scarlet beauty: Do not pet - collar in red & gold 🚫🖐
Dabbling into new materials: Leather!

Bought a patternan, dsome thicker scrap pieces + hardware, edge tool & wax to play around with at home (where I dont have space for all the fursuit tools & materials). A while back a relative also gifted a box of smaller scraps & some hardware with the foot-pedaled old-school heavy-duty Lada sewing machine (which I still hasn't gotten around to try out/learn 🙈).

Might create a new channel/account for such items (leatherwork, collars/harnesses etc). simply due to slight difference in target audience, but we'll see.
