🚨🔄LCX Delisting update

Greetings Metanauts!

As you know, DGMV/LCX and DGMV/USDC stopped trading on December 29th 2023. On January second, these trading pairs were removed completely, with withdrawals set to close on February 1st 2024.

Right now, the DGMV/EUR pair looks set to continue trading, with deposit and withdrawal functionalities unaffected. Additionally, we've observed an update in LCX's initial announcement in the last paragraph, which states, "Note: Deposit and withdrawal services will exclusively cease for coins that have been fully delisted. Consequently, it's important to highlight that deposit and withdrawal functionalities will remain unaffected for APE, SAND, VIS, and DGMV."

This stance means DEXs are closely aligned with our vision. They’re becoming more easy to use, supportive of sustainable growth, and have almost the same features as CEXs – just without the high listing fees and speculative behavior that come with more visibility.

We know there has been interest in a new CEX listing for DGMV. Speculative value isn’t the main influence on the DGMV token’s utility, and because a CEX listing can call for a lot of money and time, we’re focusing on finding one that recognizes the importance of token utility.

We’re approaching the selection of new CEXs and potentially other DEXs slowly and carefully. We want to make sure everything we do is strategically aligned with our purpose. Ideally, we’ll find a CEX that can collaborate with us, support us or even establish a DGMV-ID proof of concept (POC) with us.

We’ve allocated 96 million DGMV in our reserves for liquidity and market making, to ensure our token is easy to access in the future.

We’ll wait for thorough verification and confirmation before announcing anything officially.

Today, we’re bringing you some exciting updates from the world of our startup ecosystem, DigiCorp Labs – where the journey of Web3 innovation and revolution continues.

We’re happy to share that at DigiWare, the DCL development department, the core team is growing with our newest recruits – Weynand and Luis – set to help us embrace expertise and reach new heights:

Weynand joins us from DigiThree and has been leading the show since February. He brings plenty of experience, along with a deep understanding of our ecosystem, and will be temporarily spearheading development for DigiWare, filling the shoes of Rudy who halted development efforts in August. We can’t wait to see Weynand's leadership take our projects to new heights.

Luis is our new QA Lead, bringing the incredible expertise and commitment we need to keep delivering next-level products to our clients and wider community. With Luis’s passion for quality and excellence on board, we’re excited to elevate our work even further. Those actively testing the DGMV-ID app will begin to notice his presence more frequently within the testing group.
