Best steak I have ever cooked. Thanks to adam at tweed coast meats in cabarita beach for sharing this amazing rib eye with us. I cooked it for 45 minutes at 100 degrees in the oven first, after it was out of the fridge coming to room temperature for 2 hours, then onto the fire pit grill for a couple of minutes each side, then rest, then back on and then rest, and repeated this 5 or 6 times. So much delicious fat and meat with great quality salt. 🔥🔥🔥
