Capital DAO Protocol is a project that aims at the next way of Venture Capital using Decentralized Autonomous Organizations.
Currently, there is a lot of focus on the use of blockchain and cryptocurrency worldwide.
It is no exaggeration to say that Web 3.0 has become the standard and is beginning to permeate every field.
However Venture Capital has not been able to establish a Web 3.0 style.
In the midst of this change from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0, Capital DAO's vision is to create a new and established VC mode. Because Venture Capital's business model starts with investing in new, next-generation projects, we may initially struggle with the transition to Web 3.0.
However, this is our vision and our challenge to build a new business model.

👀Problems👀
1. Venture Capitals
While Web 3.0 is becoming more and more popular, VentureCapital's business model remains the same. On the contrary, it is a business model where they buy tokens at a low price and sell them to market participants at a high price. This is a far cry from the development of a healthy ecosystem.
2. Projects
Projects give their tokens to VCs at low prices because they want to raise money and they want to be backed by well-known venture capitals.
Projects that give away their tokens at a low price tend to see the price drop significantly in the short term as VCs sell the tokens on the secondary market, and community members tend to leave when the price keeps dropping.
