And then a little Merck water to get the niacin at least scooped most into solution suspended as you stir .. and the E will be all over the place sometimes or in a ball kinda or both .. and just kinda gotta make best sure to swallow it

I received my package today instead of Friday!! Hurriedly took a dose before martial art class...didn't feel a flush, was a hard workout. Am back home, ate supper and just relaxing now..feeling good.

Got the free E yesterday. Took first dose this morning before eating. 2 gm Merck niacin and 400 mg E. Very smooth face and arm and neck flush started in 5 minutes and lasted about 30 minutes. As others have said it was not intense at all. Very nice.
