Over the years, many athletes found their recognition in sports fields and transcended it to socio-political awareness. From Sócrates and The Corinthians' Democracy movement to fasten fists of Tommy Smith and John Carlos against the U.S. racial discrimination and violence against Black people. For a long time, in favor of the separation of politics and sports, there has been an attempt to encourage athletes to avoid using their fame and identity to represent socio-political views. Also, there is a force from so many other countries to their athletes to convey the government's official stance. The athlete's own identity and socio-political perspectives are underestimated in this way. The international communities have criticized Iran for imposing political bias on its athletes. This story is about Iranian Athletes at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

“Fight for a lost goal”
According to Iranian officials, boxing is just for men. The combination of official laws and Islamic sharia and the Iran governmental forms forced women to encounter discrimination and banned them from doing their favored sports.
Sports Deputy Minister of Hasan Rouhani Government (Iran's previous president), Mahin Farhadizad, regarding women's ban on participating in sports like boxing and powerlifting, said: "We can not accept the sports that "influence [women's] entire body system and physiology."
The crowd of Iranian boxer girls challenged this restriction by pursuing their interest against the law and often secretly as an underground activity in the house basements, parks, or unofficial gyms. They have no other choice except to travel to other countries like Turkey and Thailand to participate in competitions.
