What happened?
Today at 14:09 (GMT), I experienced a Telegram mass spam attack, which included my auto MM creation command "/mm." Approximately 30 minutes later, this resulted in the suspension of my account. Attached is a screenshot for reference.
The command seems not to be the reason my account got banned since the command had a 1 hour per user & 1 minute global cooldown. It was turned off at the second successful inquiry of the spam attack, but the spam kept going. I’m unsure how they managed to ban my profile.

What happens with MM group chats?
When the /mm command is used, it generates an invite, implying that all MM deals have backdoor links. If I cannot lift the ban on my account, the @laugh NFT will be reassigned to a new account. I will then use it to join the Middleman group chat links.

What should I do as a client?
Buyers/sellers in the middleman group, do not share logins or make payments until I confirm that @laugh NFT has been reassigned to a new account or if my account gets unbanned. Be cautious and wait for my official announcement at @Dealers.

I have immediately reached out to Telegram support and contacted known Telegram unban providers.
I do not know whether I’ll be unbanned or not.

Current status:
I have re-assigned my NFT handle to a new account.
Luckily I was some what prepared for such situation.
I took extra precaution to make sure it’ll be a more smooth account transfer if this ever happens again.

Most deals are all finished or back on track & I’ve started taking MM deals again.

Today (27 Jan), my Telegram account was banned for the second time. There appears to be a significant bug within the Telegram system, and it's possible that someone within Telegram is abusing their powers.
To all those in the middleman group chat with me, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Similar to last Thursday, I'll be utilizing this channel for updates.

When the first ban happened I restored most deals in 4 hours. I got the Telegram user @laugh registered on the blockchain (read more) which makes it easy to re-assign it to a channel or new account.
There are a lot of false rumours. Please verify all information before making a decision.

Similar to the ban incidicent on 25 jan (read more) I was able to immediately rejoin MM groupchats using my backup of invite links (check screenshot), and I'll be doing the same now. While it might seem like a significant problem, it's manageable.
Moving forward, I will be changing MM Group Chat history to Public. This ensures safety, and there won't be any issues if my account gets banned again.

(When) will I be unbanned?
I am not sure whether I’ll be unbanned. I’ll actively try to unban my orginal account, contains important business info& makes the situation a little bit easier. For now I am just continuing on a new account & I’ll be using the same MM groupchats.
I do know that the likehood of getting banned again is extremely low since I’ve discovered how to protect myself, and others.

New MM Group Chat Protection
Starting today, there will be changes in how MM group chats operate. They will no longer be backed up to the @laugh MM account due to various technical updates.
This means that if my account ever gets banned again (which I doubt after taking more precautions and discovering the exploit used to ban my accounts), I can immediately rejoin all group chats with the user @laugh without bothering clients to help locate a group chat.
All communication and inquiries will still be done at @laugh and only affect middleman group chats in a positive way with never having to worry about losing chats.
This includes:
