WikidataIntegrator (https://github.com/SuLab/WikidataIntegrator) is a python library for reading and writing to Wikidata/Wikibase. It was developed in the Gene WIki project (https://doi.org/10.7554/eLife.52614) and currently is used to populate WIkidata.
