SAP-VN Mobile Care 2026: Special Patient Feature #2 This patient came to see us on Tuesday with a common birth defect called congenital club foot. While an easy procedure can be done at birth to fix it, the patient and her family could not afford the surgery during childhood. At 40 years old, she had an opportunity for surgery, but later was deemed to not be a good candidate. She has never been married and has lived with her limited mobility her entire life. Despite her hardships, she made our way to our clinic entirely on her own. During her visit to SAP-VN Mobile Care, our team gifted her with a wheelchair to help with her mobility.
