About Us Inferno is a project dedicated to documenting and systematizing open-source information about the conditions of Azov POWs in Russian captivity. Our goal is to provide accurate, fact-based data to raise awareness of human rights violations and advocate for justice.Since May 2022, around 900 servicemen of the 12th Special Forces Brigade Azov have been held in Russian prisons, where they face torture, psychological pressure, and lack of medical care. Inferno collects and verifies evidence, helping international organizations and human rights defenders hold perpetrators accountable. We believe that truth must not be silenced. Our mission is to uncover the realities of captivity, ensuring the world does not forget the stories of those who cannot speak for themselves.
