How do you eat your pizza? (i.e. with hands, slice by slice (crust/no crust) or fork and knife etc.) ——— Folded in half usually. The only pizza I eat with a fork and knife is Santarpio's because it's too thick to fold, it's also extremely hot when they bring it out.
