Today i witnessed in the tram how a nazi told a foreign looking guy that he will kill his children and that he should go to auschwitz. The nazi was clearly bigger and stronger than me. Was it wrong that i stayed silent? ——— Placing a moral obligation on heroic acts diminishes them. Putting yourself in harm's way for a good cause should be lauded, not demanded.
