what would you do when you feeling sad and gloomy? ——— chatting with people! aku kalau lagi sedih dan kepikiran sesuatu, biasanya bakalan ajak orang ngobrol (stranger is better) to shift the attention (?) if that makes sense. kalau ngobrol sama orang, otakku jadi nggak sempet buat bersedih karna dipaksa mikirin balesan obrolan. tapi kalau feelingnya sudah heavy, i usually just take a nap.... whenever i felt those emotions in me, i tend to ignore and burry them inside (jangan dicontoh). im sorry if my answer doesn't help!
