jrh racer au 👉👈 ——— OK OK SO. dan heng is a motorcycle racer, ren is a mechanic, and jing yuan is the ceo of the company (xianzhou alliance) that sponsors dan heng. established renheng since they work together, jy will come in later. it's dan heng's first championship ever since he entered the scene, so he's really nervous. after the qualifying rounds, he goes to the afterparty and, alone without ren, he's so jittery that his hands shake and he accidentally spills wine all over jing yuan's white suit. dan heng panics, but jing yuan laughs it off and teases him about owing him a new suit. dan heng later finds out that jing yuan is ceo of the company that he races under, which flusters him even more, and thinks that's the only time he'll ever see jing yuan. ren works as dan heng's mechanic, so they've grown close over the years and eventually started dating secretly. he laughs at dan heng when he hears about what happened, but reassures him that jing yuan probably doesn't mind too much. ren doesn't expect to ever meet jing yuan himself, but when jing yuan comes looking for dan heng on the race track, ren's the only one there since dan heng is taking a break. ren immediately changes his mind about jing yuan. initially he thought jing yuan was a good leader and a decent person, but talking to jing yuan is the most infuriating experience ren has ever had. and yet... something about jing yuan draws ren in like no other. ren tries to shoo jing yuan out of the garage and goes back to fine tuning dan heng's motorcycle for tomorrow's semis, but jing yuan lingers around and watches him work. ren is also a tad bit nervous, and he accidentally gets motor oil on jing yuan's clothes. jing yuan teases him for getting him dirty too, and ren's mind goes in very inappropriate directions. when dan heng competes in the semifinals, things go awry and he gets thrown from his motorcycle. he's injured pretty substantially, and jing yuan offers his place for dan heng to stay while he recuperates. ren goes with him because dan heng has him listed as his emergency contact. anyways, cute hurt/comfort and homoerotic wound tending occur, which culminates in an almost kiss between jing yuan and dan heng. dan heng struggles with his own feelings for the rest of the time while he's at jing yuan's place. unbeknownst to him, ren and jing yuan have been arguing over how to take care of him and ren accidentally lets slip that he's dating dan heng. jing yuan doesn't want to kick him out, but he avoids both of them for a while and goes out. he overhears a couple mechanics from the abundance crew talking, and learns that dan heng was sabotaged during the semifinals. furious, he goes to the racing officials, who disqualify the abundance team. jing yuan returns to his house to find that renheng have left, and he's devastated but attends the finals anyways. dan heng wins the finals and on the podium dedicates his win to jing yuan, stunning him. when they meet at the afterparty, dan heng whispers to jing yuan to meet him in the garage, where ren is waiting for them both. renheng confess to jing yuan, and then they smash in a jy sandwich, and then start dating (kind of) secretly pls ignore any plot holes ;-; aaaaaaaAAAAAAA thank you for sending me this prompt i love racing aus
