Or you'd invent something completely different? would the connection be visible to a naked eye or would it be hidden from the eyes of others? Would they hide their marks? or would they show them proudly? would they search for their soulmate, or would they hide? would they they even be soulmates or would they defeat fate itself? i wonder... ——— I haven't thought much about soulmate aus for them🤔 but if I were to think of one, I want an au where soulmates meet each other in dreams. I love the idea of them meeting each other in dreams? Like both the boys would dream at times, but certain dreams are too clear, too lucid. And it is there where they meet their fated person. I can imagine Diluc and Kaeya being a little wary, but gradually warm up to each other and eventually fall for each other. But as dreams go, no one really fully remembers their dreams, so when Diluc and Kaeya wake up in the morning, all they have is a heart filled with warmth but a vague image of who actually made them feel that way, not a clear picture.
