This was early on Sol's pethood(?) and yes it did damage his trust on other pets and demons but because Amon defended and 'conforted' him afterwards it made Sol more dependent and trusting of Amon >.> Like, his mind is already kinda fucked and as awful as Amon is, at least he is nice to Sol sometimes so he feels like he needs to cling to him to minimize his suffering ç_ç
