Why do people overfill waste and litter containers and some afterwards set them ablaze? ——— well it starts as laziness, like if a public trash bin is full and the person doesn't want to find another one, or you get the wiseguys who will start a new pile on the ground next to the bin...as far as setting them ablaze, it's probably just soccer fans who are angry, or celebrating, one of those
