In your tricksters fic. If the phantom thieves had gotten into Ren's palace, not knowing there was no escape. Would they have even made it to the end or would they have been taken out in one of the rings? Also if goro knew they were in his palace would he have gone in to make sure they didn't mess up Ren more?
