I actually don't care about this(?) But why do some ppl have to show they are too cool for a specific thing when it slightly becomes known? Idk how to exactly explain but i found a new hyperfixation (a local show) after quite sometime and was feeling over the moon cus yaaay and then very on brand (and typical) came across some 'too cool' accounts quoting stuff with 'am i the only one feeling nothing watching this?' 'Yeah ikr it's so cringy' andddddddd as i said idc but still it made me so..... :/ i just wish i didn't come across it cus i hate my brain and how it responds to stuff. Anyways i am glad i found something to be excited about every week but just hope ppl can be less yucky even if they don't vibe cus we all can find different things to be happy and excited about (so don't ruin fun for others maybe bleh .-.) sorry for the rant ——— it’s so annoying! 😪 it’s a common fear-of-cringe issue, but it’s really stinky when something suddenly becomes too popular and is then picked apart as being bad/having excessive flaws/oh so embarrassing to have liked that. people are afraid to like things with their hearts and brains 🤺 (though funnily it is both things depending on which circles you’re in..to some people a thing is cringe and bad if there’s barely any interest in it because they expect something good to perform. but then as soon as it’s popular it has a very quick expiry date before it’s not cool anymore 🤔) ah well. people may be silly about selectively watching things to look good online, but they’re the ones not having any fun 😤 I’m glad you’ve found something you’re feeling really excited for! I hope you can avoid people that bring the mood down 🤺
