How do you make peace with your wounds? ——— Acceptance is the key. Convince myself that I can heal wounds and find new happiness tomorrow. It's okay to feel sad, but don't let it linger or bring myself down. After the sadness subsides, engaging in positive activities or chatting with friends/new people is my way of distraction afterward.
