I’m a bit concerned because it’s been over a week and my package hasn’t moved place, since Thursday last week and I would love to buy a new one on Saturday but the first one I bought hasn’t even arrived T.T and the package company said they can’t help me at all when I sent them an email ——— Hello, we are sorry to hear that you haven’t received your package. However, we shipped all packages with tracking, and we know as much as you do about where the packages are based on the tracking information provided. Please note that we have clearly stated in our Terms of Service that we cannot be responsible for your package once we have shipped and provided tracking number. We highly suggest waiting as shipping delays are common around the holidays and due to COVID restrictions.
