Hey, do you have any tips to handle anxiety? ——— I don't do much when it suddenly comes. I usually try to breathe properly first, think of something that could distract my mind from being messier. also, I give myself butterfly hug when it's needed. my therapist recommended me to do that, too. it helps most of times! :D
