Do you do anything with your leftover pasta water? How about the leftover oil on your pans? ——— whoops i never answered this usually with pasta water i use it to thicken sauces and stuff since there’s starch in the water, but for oil it depends on what i’m making with steaks and other meats i can usually use it to make a pan sauce with the leftover grease and drippings, but otherwise i just throw it out (responsibly)
