Are you going to be limiting the amount of times a character can be used? Like, if there are multiple people wanting to do villain Joker, would only a few people get to do him? ——— Outside of Black Mask Crow pitches, we won't be limiting characters per say, however we will be asking that if you don't have a dedicated AU that you wish to apply with, that you have a few characters you wouldn't mind creating a piece for. We will be trying to have at minimum one piece for each character!
