ห—หห‹ ๐ŸŒŠ เฟเฟ” R โบ S QOTD โธโธโธ #9 โ‚ŠหšโŠน โ€” do you endorse and enjoy the use of identity labels? I believe most on here use them, at least to some degree (this includes pronouns, Iโ€™d say)โ€” including myself. Do you find them important to your identity as a person? Would you be just as โ€˜youโ€™ without them? Or are they defining? If you were to (for whatever reason) not be able to use any labels, would it bother you? And what lead you to using the labels you do now, or what lead you towards using labels at all? โ€” โ€”โ€”โ€” i mean ... if identity labels help you, use them. if not, don't. i guess i don't endorse them, in the sense that i don't think they are necessary. i use labels myself, but only as much as they help me. i think people place too much weight on them sometimes. i was talking yesterday with someone about this and like. idk. especially with trans+ & neurodivergent people, labels can be way too limiting if you put too much weight on them. idc either way. nothing is real. human categorizing is stupid.
