K-HOUSE is in progress and we’re glad to share it with you.
Although the house was designed on the existing foundation, we succeeded to make the shape interesting, thanks to the console second floor. Such a solution doesn’t only create a canopy over the entrance group, but a cozy terrace on the roof.
Two floors are divided functionally as public and living ones, moreover, different materials were chosen for each floor. Neutral white plaster facade of the first floor and wooden facade of the second are complemented by corner glazing, which visually reframes the shape.
Nevertheless, architecture is all about space, therefore it is crucial to keep in mind interior implementation as well.

Aesthetic of simple forms in our new project in the Moscow region.
The house was designed for a young family and accommodates all necessary functions for them. Thanks to the difference between volumes of two floors, an exploited roof with greenery was designed.
The concept was based on the idea of opening the house toward the breathtaking view of the forest and in addition to that provide the best possible sun orientation. Furthermore, we succeed to integrate nature into the architecture, thanks to the private inner courtyard and green terrace. Talking about the visual image, monochromic materials were chosen for facades, particularly girder brick which enriched the visual perception of the clear and laconic house.

Our new interior design is all about attention to the details and pure discrete space.
Although the interior looks utterly minimalistic there are a lot of eye-catching features in it. One of them is diagonal shelves, which were finished using the same material as walls. Such shelves do not only bring diversity to the composition but hide books or other content thanks to its specific angle. Moreover, walls and ceiling are connected using a shadow seam with hidden lightning in it. Thanks to the simplicity of forms, calm texture palette, and sufficient natural light the interior looks neat and highly aesthetical.
