how do you explain loss to someone whos internet illiterate

i haven't been on hrt for over a month now. I have to go to an appointment to get a refill but i don't have the cash to afford it. i wanna get a job but im so mentally exhausted all i can do is stay home and play games all day. feeling trapped once again
