My Personal AI Setup
Honestly, I think it's quite obvious = AI is the new landmark of production, so there is nothing better, than sharing knowledge and growing together.
π₯ Part 1: Coding
Started coding in September 2025 with PyCharm β switched to Cursor in October β and it was genuinely life-changing.
Until January 2026, when I realized I was burning $20β30/day on Cursor tokens.
That forced me to explore alternatives:
β Antigravity (Google) β solid, but not a clear win on price
β OpenCode β didn't click for me
β Claude Code β incredibly smart, but dangerously expensive. You get hooked and can't function without it
β Cline / Roo Code β worth mentioning if you want open-source alternatives with multi-model support
β Codex (ChatGPT) β this is where I landed β€οΈ
Why Codex won:
β’ Included in the GPT Plus subscription
β’ Very high usage limits
β’ Analyzes websites, images, and pulls live data
β’ MacOS app with solid UX
β’ Best cost-to-value ratio I've found
βοΈ Part 2: Writing & Research & Image Generation
The one and only β Claude.
I use it for deep research, strategy & plan creation, latest news fact-check and image generation.
It's awesome at keeping up with the context - limit is 100 attachements per chat, which is nuts.
Generating images with Claude / GPT (90%) and 10% I use Nano Banana from Google to make a skeleton and then finish the art myself.
π Part 3: Market Research & Building
I've shifted from active crypto trading to building and observing β but when I need tools (Telegram Volume Bot, Spread Scanner and etc).
Here's my workflow:
β’ Talk it out with Claude β brainstorm, validate the idea, outline architecture
β’ GPT Prompt Optimizer β refine prompts before feeding them into coding agents
β’ Codex / Cursor β actual implementation
Cursor's web search during coding is shockingly good β way better than GPT for pulling real-time docs, API references, and technical context mid-build.
π‘ Part 4: Everyday Use
Whatever's already open on my Mac π
Claude for anything that requires nuance or deep thinking. GPT for quick questions and general lookup.
Bonus tools worth checking out:
Perplexity β incredible for research with source citations
NotebookLM (Google) β great for digesting PDFs and long documents

Cursor dropped Composer 2 π
(custom LLM for Cursor users)
Developers are saying itβs as good as GPT 5.4 and cheaper 3x times.

Damn, should I go back to Cursor now π
Anyone tried already?

The Anatomy of a Claude Promptπ
Small tip for the best practice in 2026:
Task β what you want + what success looks like
Context Files β upload .md files with your rules. Stop explaining everything manually
Reference β show an example. Don't say "something like..." β show it
Brief β output type, length, what it should NOT sound like
Rules β "If you're about to break my rules β stop and tell me"
Conversation β "Don't start yet. Ask me questions first"
Plan β "List 3 key rules from my context file, then give me a 5-step plan"
Alignment β nothing starts until we agree
Treat Claude like a teammate, with files, references, and a shared goalπ
Should I review "Cowork" feature tomorrow?
