The Wait is over. Airreload is out 🎉

You can now debug your Flutter apps without ADB, a USB cable, or even enabling Developer Options on your phone.

It’s still in beta tho, Give it a try it and if you spot any bugs, please open an issue to help us improve it. https://github.com/orgs/Airreload/repositories

I wish I had this back then 😭

I'm a software developer from Ethiopia, and honestly, I'm struggling.

I've spent years learning to code, graduated with a BSc in IT, built projects, worked with clients, and kept trying to find my place in this industry.

I know React, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, and Flask. I've built web applications, worked on real projects, and have a portfolio:

But right now, I'm struggling to find consistent paid work. I've applied for jobs, reached out to people, and tried different approaches. It's been exhausting.

I'm not posting this because I want sympathy. I'm posting because I genuinely need an opportunity.
I'm available for paid development work immediately , fixing bugs, building frontend features, developing web applications, or helping a team ship a product.

Remote or on-site. Full-time, contract, or freelance.
If you're hiring a junior developer, need help with a project, or know someone I should speak to, please reach out. Even a referral or introduction could make a real difference.

I'm ready to work, learn, and prove myself.

If you can't offer work yourself, sharing this with someone who might be able to help would mean a lot.
Thank you for reading. 🙏

Hey everyone,

I built BetterForm because traditional forms like google docs often feel slow and bloated, creating huge friction for applicants.

Quick Form Builder: Create a job post and ask the exact questions you need, with simple resume uploads.
No Sign-Up Required: Candidates click your link and apply in seconds—no passwords or annoying account creation.
Simple Candidate Tracker: Move applicants from Applied to Shortlisted with one click, and keep private notes for your team.
Share Anywhere: Send candidates a direct link, or drop the application form straight into your company website or Notion.
One-Click Spreadsheet Export: Download candidate lists straight to Excel anytime.

Would love your feedback on the UX and form-building workflow!
