One of the projects I was hoping to win was AIMLite which is an AI and ML framework to help you train and fine-tune models. AIMLite • aimlite.vercel.app It's so well built, and has one of the easiest experiences while doing so. Super proud of what they've…
it's stunning project fr ⚡️

The easiest way to waste a month building a SaaS?
Build features before validating the problem.
I'm building Booket, and I want every feature to earn its place.
What would you validate before writing the first line of code?

What can I do now?
I'm honestly asking myself this question every day.
I graduated with a BSc in Information Technology from Bahir Dar University in 2026. I spent four years studying, learned software development, built projects, worked with clients, completed an internship, and tried everything I could to build a future for myself.
I thought graduation would be the beginning of my life.
Instead, I'm struggling to survive.
I don't have a stable job.
I don't have a reliable source of income.
I have almost no family support.
My father is in a war zone, and my family is scattered.
After graduation, I returned to Dansha, a small town where electricity is unreliable, internet access is limited, and opportunities in software development are scarce.
I have skills. I have a computer. I have a portfolio:
What I don't have is an opportunity that pays enough to keep me going.
I've applied for jobs. I've contacted companies and individuals. I've searched for clients, taken small projects when I could, and asked people to share my story. I've even asked people to lend me money because I had no other options.
Nothing has worked out consistently.
Things have now reached a point where I literally haven't eaten today.
And one of the hardest parts isn't just being poor. It's feeling ashamed for having to ask for help, then feeling even worse when people get angry with you for asking.
I understand that nobody owes me anything. I know people have their own struggles. I'm not expecting anyone to carry me forever.
I just don't know what else I'm supposed to do when I've tried so hard to stand on my own feet, but I can't even meet my most basic needs.
Sometimes I ask myself, what is the point of trying so hard if I still end up here?
I'm exhausted. I'm scared. And right now, I genuinely don't know how I'm going to get through the coming days.
But I'm still trying to find a way forward.
So, what can I do now?
And if you can't offer work, but you're in a position to help me get food or cover my immediate basic needs, please consider reaching out.

I really want someone to help me to get through this if I can not , I can not survive the coming days at all ., please try to share it with people that may help .
You wake up with a thousand things on your mind, sit alone with your problems, and try to figure everything out by yourself.
One of the hardest things about being in this situation is that you can't always explain it to people.
