Gold is currently trading within a higher timeframe range, making market conditions more challenging than usual. Since most of our key zones have been tested multiple times, their strength has weakened, increasing the probability of liquidity grabs and false breakouts.

At the moment, price is reacting from the H1-H4 Supply Cluster, which is acting as fresh intraday resistance. My primary expectation is for gold to reject from this area and rotate lower toward the Daily Demand Reclaim Zone.

However, if buyers manage to secure a decisive breakout and acceptance above the H1-H4 Supply Cluster, it would invalidate the short-term bearish idea and open the door for a continuation toward the Daily Supply Zone.

Short-term Bearish | Higher Timeframe Range

📍 Key Levels:

• H1-H4 Supply Cluster: 4057 - 4062
• Daily Demand Reclaim Zone: 4029 - 4036
• Major HTF Demand Zone: 3986 - 3992
• Daily Supply Zone: 4136 - 4145

💧 Liquidity Areas:

• Buy-side liquidity resting above the recent swing highs and the H1-H4 Supply Cluster.
• Sell-side liquidity resting below the Daily Demand Reclaim Zone and beneath the Major HTF Demand Zone.

📈 Possible Setup:

Look for bearish confirmation from the H1-H4 Supply Cluster to target the Daily Demand Reclaim Zone. If price breaks and holds above the supply cluster, shift your focus to bullish continuation toward the Daily Supply Zone.

❌ Invalidation:

A strong H1/H4 close above the H1-H4 Supply Cluster would invalidate the short-term bearish bias and favor further upside.

⚠️ Risk Reminder:

The market is currently range-bound on the higher timeframe. Repeated tests have weakened both support and resistance zones, increasing the likelihood of manipulation. Wait for confirmation before entering and avoid trading the middle of the range.
