Gold respected the Daily Demand Reclaim Zone yesterday after failing to break lower, suggesting sellers are losing momentum at current lows. With price now reclaiming this area, I expect a short-term retracement into higher timeframe sell zones before the broader bearish trend resumes.

Since today is Friday, I'll be trading more conservatively and focusing only on Higher Timeframe (HTF) zones. Weekly candle closes often bring increased volatility and manipulation, so patience is key.

My current expectation is for gold to retrace into our Daily SBR Reclaim Zone and H1-H4 Supply Cluster, where I'll be monitoring for fresh sell confirmations in line with the overall bearish structure.

Short-term Bullish Retracement | Higher Timeframe Bearish

• Daily Demand Reclaim Zone: 3987 - 3992
• Major HTF Demand Zone: 3965 - 3969

• Buy-side liquidity resting above the H1-H4 Supply Cluster.

Look for price to continue retracing into the HTF supply zones, then wait for lower timeframe confirmation before looking for swing sell opportunities. Avoid forcing entries inside the current range.
