The pre-dreadnaught battleship, transferred from the Royal Navy in 1914, the Admiral Dmityr Vodka, sailed the rest of the war without firing a shot. Over the next 10 years she saw 16 overhauls and was in dry dock for 9 of those 10 years. She finally was assigned to the Black Sea, where her magazines detonated one night and saw the loss of 542 sailors. The explosion occurred when 6 sailors were hot boxing the A turret magazine. Official statements blame US Sabotage.
