Introducing Pop-Up X, our new initiative! Consisting of a series of pop-up sessions, each involving a volunteer representing their occupation and career journey, Pop-Up X aims to provide youths under 25 with a rare opportunity to interact with working professionals across a variety of fields.
Attendees will also have the chance to get a hands-on experience of the featured professional's working life through our critically acclaimed Job Taster segment 😉
The inaugural session of Pop-Up X will take place this Saturday, 31st July! Only 20 seats are available on a first come first serve basis, so don't miss this exclusive opportunity to meet Yee Loong, our Risk Data Analyst (whom some of you might remember from World X! 👀)!

Happy to share that we do have many such opportunities lined up for youths who are keen to explore (like you!) - field trips to companies, job tasters to get a hands-on experience in unfamiliar areas of work, as well as connecting with the entire network of career astronauts in TAC in diverse professions that all contribute to the world around us in small and big ways! :)
As many of you are already here with us on this Telegram channel, we'll be sharing future career exploration opportunities with you via this channel. You can just stay put to be kept informed of these opportunities! This channel will be specially dedicated to youths interested in career exploration, so we'll be renaming this channel to "Young Astronauts", and we'll be gradually adding other youths who have explored with TAC through our other programmes to this channel, as well as our entire base of career professionals to the network, to better support all of you to explore and discover meaningful careers.

Titled "Future Conversation Series", each session is a 90-min thematic career human library programme via Zoom! It's free to join!
The very first session will focus on the Advanced Manufacturing sector, so if you've wondered what "industry automation" or "precision engineering" means, or if you'll be home this Wednesday evening anyway, why not come onto Zoom to explore and learn something new? Check out 3 of the human books you can "borrow" in the photo!
