HACKED UPDATE VIDEO
January 8, 2025
A couple things. Number one, I am, tonight is one of those nights where I just get so disappointed in humanity, at the level that people will go to and I’m not going to mention specifics, but the level that people will go to because they’re jealousy or hatred toward me gets the better of them.
I’m, I can’t believe that I’m saying this, but I’m surprised how low people will go. I mean, we’ve seen lower before. You guys have been there through it all with me. But the continuation of filth that just plagues some people’s lives, I, I feel really bad and I’ll pray for whoever it is. Um, That’s number one. It never ceases to amaze me the depths that people will go to, to try to… I don’t know if they think it’ll ruin my success or... I don’t know. I have no idea. That’s number one.
Number two, I am deleting social media. I just have no need for it at all. None. I hardly log into Facebook or Instagram anymore. Twitter. I just, there’s no need for me to…to be there, especially when stuff like this happens. There are hundreds, HUNDREDS of fake Phil Godlewski accounts; hundreds, maybe even thousands on every platform that there is - Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, obviously Rumble. You guys have gotten all those fake messages from Rumble. I just, I’m done. I’m just done. I’m done trying to compete with the evil that’s out there.
Now, when I say, I’m deleting social media, of course, I’m not going to be deleting (excuse me, Phil says) my Telegram or my Rumble channel. I’ll still be doing live streams and…everything like that. But these other social media channels, I, I just can’t stand what’s happening to people. A few weeks ago, somebody lost $8,000 because the person who’s pretending to me, I think it was on Facebook, actually, ah was asking for $8,000 as a donation to me or whatever. I’m just done. I’m not, I’m not going to do this anymore.
I, I was at my mother’s um, birthday dinner tonight and I was flooded with a bunch of text messages saying that this one said this and that one said that and you know, people that don’t know any better buy into this stuff and it’s just, it’s very disheartening to me and it’s very distracting for me as well, that’s another thing. Ah, I just have no need for these accounts anymore so, I’m going to permanently delete Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I’m going to keep Truth Social because it’s Trump’s thing. Ah, I’ll keep Rumble. I’ll keep Dlive. I’ll keep my streaming platforms. But, I’m sorry to the members of my Facebook group that were receiving streams. I’ll figure out another way on how to get you on a private stream. Um, this is, this is insane. What’s happening is insane and I’m not, I’m not going to, I’m not going to do it anymore.
So, just wanted to let you guys know. Ah, the next live is going to be, Friday. The next live will be Friday. I’ll put details up tomorrow. Love you guys.

CANCELLATION VIDEO FROM ANNOUNCEMENTS CHANNEL
JANUARY 12, 2025
Well, this is a little embarrassing. I went to take a nap at about 5:00. Now usually when I nap during the day, I can’t sleep any more than 2 hours, at the very most; sometimes, an hour and a half, maybe even an hour depending on a couple things. And I went in to nap about 5:00, thinking that, well, if I get up at 7:00, that’s plenty of time. It was already starting to get dark at 5:00 here because it’s winter and stupid.
Um, so I laid down in bed and I fell asleep and I literally just woke up now at 9:30 or almost 9:30 or whatever stupid time it is. (Telegram notification channel of Phil’s shows he posted this short video at 9:33 p.m. which is an hour and a half over his scheduled live stream time he gave earlier today.) Ah, I think my body thought it was like nighttime because the light wasn’t coming in through the windows like it was when I went to sleep, so I think my body just kept sleeping, so apparently I slept for 4 and a half hours and completely overshot my live.
Um, so I know a bunch of people are going to be pi**** off and you are probably one of them, whoever is watching this. So, ah, my apologies. I, obviously, I’m not going to do it now. It’s too late, 10:00 at night for a live stream on a Sunday isn’t…isn’t reasonable.
So, I am going to reschedule this. I can’t do tomorrow, but I will do Tuesday and Thursday this week and probably Saturday, but Tuesday and Thursday definitely, but maybe Saturday. It depends if a couple things happen or don’t happen over the next couple days. Um, but Tuesday will be the next one. I’m going to do the one I was supposed to do tonight on Tuesday. We’ll do another one on Thursday and another one on Saturday.
My apologies, you guys. I had no idea that I was going to sleep for 4-1/2 hours at 5:00 in the evening. I just…that never happens to me. It’s just a really weird, really weird thing. And now, it’s like 9:30 which is usually the time I go to sleep, I’m awake. So, it’s going to, it’s going to be a day. Ah, tomorrow is going to be interesting too. Sorry, this was…I had a lot planned for tonight, too. I had a guest coming on to do a thing and…
I thought I planned the day out pretty well. I got home, was tired because we had an early, an early day today with the boys and a couple other things going on after that and ah, I just, I blew it. I don’t know. I don’t know how, I don’t know how that….I’m pretty mad at two things. Number one, my body didn’t wake up. I’m not happy about that. And number 2, I probably should have set an alarm. I just didn’t think there was a need to do that, because I don’t generally sleep 3 hours during the day. I don’t know. It is what it is. What are you going to do now, right?
So, I’m sorry. I apologize. We will be back Tuesday. I’ll have the same guest on Tuesday. And um, we’ll go from there. Love you guys. Try to sleep tonight but only sleep at night. Don’t sleep during the day because…..(Phil takes a huge sigh.)

Remember when Phil said this?
Let me tell you this. This is actually a really big statement, but I’m going to make it anyway. I think that each and every one of you, every single one of you, no matter what you’ve been through, how many loved ones you lost. I think every single one of when this all starts happening, and it’s just left, right, left, right, left, right - it’s all coming down at you all at the same time. Phil’s reporting this, Brad’s reporting this, CNN is reporting this, FOX is reporting this, Tucker said this, Elon said this, Trump said this, look what the White House is saying. It’s all going to be happening all at the same time.
At that moment, when you feel that overwhelming amount of news hitting your plate all at the same time, I bet you that each and every one of you is going to say these words.
It was worth it.
Because that feeling that you get when it’s all finally happening…boom, boom, it’s just hitting you left and right. You’re going to be so excited about this one thing that you just learned about. You’re going to be talking to your friends about it, then you’re going to look over here and be like, there’s this other thing that’s happening and holy sh*t, it’s happening! That’s how you’re going to be.
And at that moment in time, you’re going to say you know what, the last 3 years was worth it. You will say that. I promise you, you will. And that’s when we celebrate.

My fellow Americans,
I come to you tonight, during America’s biggest game, as a humbled American citizen, duly-elected President of the United States of America, and supporter of freedom and equality for all people of our nation and many nations abroad.
Over the coming days and weeks, you will experience an unprecedented series of events that will rock the very foundation of everything we have ever known. At times during these days and weeks, messages will be received on your television sets, smart phones including Apple, Android and others, tablets, laptops, personal computers, smart watches, and other strategic devices available to the private sector as well as government agencies worldwide. These messages will not be avoidable, and very close attention should be paid to the instructions of which the messages contain.
For the citizens of the United States, our country has been attacked by a radical left group of extremists, part of a global terrorist network of politicians, businessmen, high ranking government officials, intelligence agencies, and dangerous criminals - collectively known as the cabal.
For years, these extremists have flaunted their wealth, power, and technology in the face of all human beings - most of which are struggling to put food on their table and a roof over their head. They have infiltrated every level of government, big tech, big pharma, and have even made their way to the mainstream media, becoming some of the most trusted voices that we have ever known.
Over the past several months, as part of a global military alliance with other world leaders, many of these extremists have been detained, arrested, or otherwise captured, during a strategic military operation known only by one word. Extract.
Many of these individuals are now awaiting military trial at several black sites across the world. The crimes committed by this group amount to the worst crimes our world has ever seen. It cannot quite be put into words how many people have suffered at the hands of this satanic cult. Our world has forever changed because of these atrocities.
Although we cannot change the past, we can certainly change the future and the outlook for humanity. Together, standing united and strong, our global military alliance has made very strong steps to change the trajectory of humanity’s future. This operation continues as we speak, and we will not rest until it is complete.
My message tonight is one of calmness, peace, and jubilation. Our unity has proven to be too strong for this evil group, and God has cast His good grace over our efforts. Please remain calm throughout this process, and follow any instructions you are given through the messaging system described earlier in this announcement.
For God, country, and the future of humanity. I thank you for your attention and respect.

Good morning, Phamily! Roar of the Lion has finished the Crypto transcript and I have decided, considering all the financial/economic information on here (including Todd’s visit to Phil’s live) that I will just be doing a read through on it only. As always, I will get it to you as soon as my family and work commitments allow.
If you will indulge me, I am going to reiterate something here that I made a point of when I started the original Read It Here channel, which is also the case for 2.0. The transcripts are meant to be a supplement to Phil’s lives. The BEST option is to ALWAYS listen to his lives directly.
Enjoy your weekend, everyone!

LIVE - CRYPTO - 1/6/2025
Time stamp: 14:09 Phil appears onscreen while music plays.
Time stamp: 17:38 Music stops and Phil begins his live stream.
I made it, right? Wow. Everyone’s like, wow, he’s really here. He has a scheduled live and he showed up to it. Listen ah, I apologize. There’s really nothing too much um, excuses that I can make for such a thing. But I can tell you this. When I, hold on. Breaking up. Okay. Well, ah…I don’t know. Let me try. Hold on a second.
How does that sound, any better? Probably not right, because I didn’t do anything. Any better? Good. Good on Rumble. Sound is fine. Good now. Sounds good, Phil. Yes. Skipping sound. Sound is great. Yes. Hello. Yes. Okay, good. I think that’s good.
Ah, so I can tell you this, when I, when I plan a live and I schedule it live and I fully intend to go live at the time that I schedule it. Like meaning, hey, you know what? If it’s Monday and I say, and I’m going to do a live on Wednesday. When I say that on Monday, I fully intend to do it on Wednesday. But, I’m busy. I’m just busy. I mean, I’m busy with a lot of things, not just, you know, the ongoing political stuff. That’s actually one thing but my family, my family’s family. Um, I don’t burden any of you with details of what goes on in my personal life because when I used to do that, I got ridiculed. Ah, I don’t do that anymore. I just kinda stick to this stuff. I don’t really give excuses as to why my live is canceled anymore. I just cancel it and the truth of the matter is this: take for example last night, with the ah, Lions and Vikings game, which turned out to not be a game at all…Am I still live? What happened? What happened? Am I still here? Hello? You guys…I don’t know what happened. You’re here, okay. Well…I guess, I suppose it’s just on my end. That’s the weirdest thing that has happened in a while on Rumble Studio. Let me get this set on the screen here.
Time stamp: 20:43 Phil is searching for something wrong.
Time stamp: 21:33 Phil continues on with his live stream.
Strange. I don’t know. Ah, Bizarro happening there. Everything just went, like so, when I go live, um, I'm on Rumble Studio which I can see myself on and all that stuff but I also have like a regular Rumble screen open so I can see the viewer count as well as, um, you know, comments and all the things that I can't necessarily see on my Studio screen. So, it just all went away. So, I don’t know if it was something I did or something. But it’s back now anyway. So…
Alright, good. That's what happens when you don't go live for a while-all these like, little common errors turn into, like, huge things. But anyway, I apologize for not being as punctual as I should be when it comes to my live streaming and that's going to change. It's, it’s, honestly, it has a lot to do with the time of the year. Summers are a really bad time and the holidays are a really bad time. This has happened for the last 4 years. In those same exact times, especially after I started, you know really, really getting big. The summer and the holidays are just terrible, terrible times for me to try to get on the air, so I'm going to try to do better, I promise you guys. We're going to do another live this week. I don't know exactly when yet but it'll be this week, at some point.
And we gotta, we got a good one tonight and I can tell you this about tonight, it's not what you're thinking. I guarantee, it's not what you're thinking because I guarantee no one else is reporting it because I am the only one that has the details on this. So you really want to watch this if you're interested in the future of the United States economy. That's what you're going to wanna, that's the type of person that really wants to watch this tonight. If you could care, couldn't care any less, I almost said it wrong. See that? Couldn't care any less about the economy and about what's happening and what Trump's doing and how things are changing and all that kind of stuff, well, then you don't need to watch the live.

You just tune out now now and save yourself, you know an hour and a half, two hours.
So we're going to touch on a bunch of, a bunch tonight that is brand, brand, brand new and it's going to make a lot of sense with stuff that we talked about for the last several years. I think you're gonna, really enjoy tonight's live from multiple aspects of a point of view.
So before we do that, why don't you tell me where you guys are from. Let's see what kind of audience we got here tonight. I can't read at all because I'm blind. So Merry Christmas. Yes, Merry Christmas to you guys. I did send out a video to Telegram with a Merry Christmas thing. I realize that not all of you are on Telegram. Telegram’s been shadow banning my channel too, by the way. You see my audience drop. They're actually taking people away from it so… but we'll deal with that another time.

Alright, so we have a guest for tonight. Judging by some of your guesses, as to who the guest might be, I have a feeling you’re going to be extremely disappointed (Phil laughs) as to who the guest is because I was getting stuff like, JFK Jr. and JFK senior and Dan Scavino and Trump and I’m, I’m like, for real? Like that’s who, that’s who you think my guest is going to be? So, so I feel, I’m sorry. Like this, like, it’s an enormous disappointment but ah, it’s actually, you know, really good stuff and you guys know, I haven’t had guests on my show very often, um, in regard… Shoot. Hold on a second.
In regard to like other streamers or anything like that. It’s just not my M.O. because I don’t do that, you know, for a variety of reasons we don’t have to get into now. But ah, I decided to do a guest appearance tonight because what’s going on is some really, it’s going to coincide with the rest of my live that I’m going to do after the guest appearance. The guest appearance is probably going to be 15 minutes or so. Nothing, nothing, you know crazy long. Um, and then after that, we’re going to get into the Intel portion of tonight’s live, which is actually going to tie into what the guest was talking about in a way. You’ll see what I mean. So, without further ado, Todd Collins is here…the Toddfather.
Time stamp: 28:21 Todd Collins appears onscreen with Phil.
Mr. Todd Collins, 1717. He always, you know Todd when I first recognized Todd um, when he started giving donations on Dlive, I think it was for $17.17 and ah, I remember the user name and whatever, and then I saw Todd at an event in Tulsa…Tulsa, Oklahoma. And Todd and I became good friends and quick business partners shortly thereafter and we have a lot to talk about tonight with some ongoing stuff that will affect many of you that are currently a member of Phil’s Silver um, and those of you that maybe are not yet members or have been members in the past. There have been so many changes that I can’t even keep count, so Todd started telling me some of them. I said, you know what, Todd, why don’t you just come on my show and, like, tell everybody because Todd is more well versed with all things Phil’s Silver than even Phil is, which it should be called Todd’s Silver but it’s not going to be because I really like my name and I like branding everywhere and I’m not going to put Todd’s name on anything because that’s just, not that important. But, um, anyways, Todd, without further ado, tell us what we got going on with the future of 7K metals as well as Phil’s Silver.
Todd: Well, first of all, I wanna thank you for setting the bar so low tonight.
Phil: I didn’t, they did. They set the bar low. I’m fine and I’m reading, who’s the guest? Who’s the guest? Like all these big names are coming up. And I’m like, when I put him on camera, they’re just going to leave. Not because you’re bad but because the expectation of that was so high.
Todd: Well, I hope that I can at least, get to the low level of the bar here tonight. And that, first of all, thank you, Phil, for having me on tonight.

I wanna thank you mostly because you aggressively laid the foundation for the massive shift in wealth for your entire audience, including myself, ah, back in early 2022, I guess 2021 I guess it was. You talked quite a bit about ah, moving money away from the fiat dollar and getting into precious metals. And you gave us a couple places to go buy some silver and my recollection is one of them I won’t name right now, but usually your audience bought them out of the silver that they had in stock at that point in time and shortly after that you discovered 7K metals and you and I both joined in August, I think it was, of 2021. And since then, you have helped thousands and thousands of people to exchange that fiat currency for precious metals, physical precious metals. And, and you know, that’s helped a lot of us secure and build wealth and that’s because you introduced us to 7K metals and have continued to work with us to build the platform that we have here.
Since that initial introduction, you, along with several of your team leaders including myself ah, have really helped thousands of extra people ah, earn more money every month as well. Some of the people that joined your Phil’s Silver and became members of 7K ah, didn’t want to earn any extra income and I’ll talk about that in a minute. Ah, but others did. They were really for a way to kinda offset the economic challenges they were experiencing due to the shifting in the political and environment ah, right after the last election. So, honestly, Phil, you changed a lot of lives. You made a massive impact in several thousand people, including, again, myself and my family. Ah, because we all started to accumulate some generational wealth and again, I wanna thank you for that.
Phil: Thank you for saying that, Todd. And ah, to add a little bit to it, ah, um, one of the biggest things, Todd, I think I said this to you when we first met. You’re the cornerstone of everything that I do. Ah, anything that I have done business-wise or you know, when it comes to my live streams, the content of my live streams. Everything is focused around trying to help everyone else because I recognize that there is a very large group of people that have been detrimentally affected by ah, what happened in 2020 election and leading to the…all the Biden stuff and what he did and all the stuff that has been happening all around the world and those things as well. So, my M.O. has been to try to help as many people as possible. And I think a lot of people that are here, probably aren’t even aware of all the things that we’ve done for others. Now, it’s not something that we require or something, you know, that we strongly push, for example. When was the last time I talked about Phil’s Silver or 7K Metals? I kinda got the impression that um, maybe there was a little bit of fatigue, you know, in terms of the businesses that I was launching and maybe just around metals because I talked about it, like you said, for so long. So I kinda took my foot off the gas a little bit, but when there’s monumental changes in the company that I’m involved in, you’re involved in and thousands, tens of thousands of people that are in our audience right now are involved in, I think everyone needs to know about it.
And Todd and I decided that the easiest way to do that instead of send out emails and text messages and phone calls and all that kind of stuff, why don't we just do it on live stream and we have the majority of the, the millions of people that are watching actually tuned in? So, that's what we did here tonight and again, it's just trying to help you guys. I hope you can donate 15 minutes of your time to listen to what Todd has to say tonight. If you can't and you know you feel the need to put in a rude comment in comment section, that’s you’re prerogative. You can do that, too. As you can see, though, my mods are aggressively removing you from the channel. So, ah, it’s, it’s…The Intel portion will come after this.

I think this is, this, these announcements were worthy of having a front row ticket to my live stream tonight instead of waiting to the end to where I do the Intel and then everybody drops out. I think you guys need to hear this and again, what Todd is about to say
ties into very well my Intel portion of tonight's live. That's why I did it this way and I think it's going to help you guys. So just sit back, relax, listen to what he has to say. If it's not for you, it's not for you. If it is for you, get involved now. So, go ahead, Todd.
Todd: Thank you for that Phil. I will be brief tonight. I don't have a lot to say. I have a couple of major objectives tonight and they're pretty simple ones that we’ll get to in here in just a minute, but I think the thing I want to kind of highlight is we're sort of talking to three different people in your audience right now. We talk to people that are currently 7K metals through Phil’s Silver. We've got a group of them that are no longer members-either their membership expired, they ran out of money because the economic, you know, shift happened and they just had to figure out where they were going to cut expenses and some people didn't renew their memberships because at the beginning 7K required you to have an annual renewable membership in order to keep your, your member benefits. And then the third group are people that probably never even heard anything about 7K metals. Maybe they listen to a presentation and didn't enroll but a lot of them you know a year or two, three ago were listening to a presentation about the old membership options, the old compensation plan that existed and it's so drastically been enhanced.
It is really imperative I think that everybody take a look at it or look again at it at this point in time. You know those last three years, I think the there's been a few major objections that I've heard along the way for why people didn't enroll and the biggest one was they couldn't afford the 7K metals membership and back then, like I said, it was an annual renewable fee that you had to pay to stay a member. Well 7K has come up with three new membership options; one of them, you pay one time that's a lifetime membership; another one is an annual renewable and then they have one you just pay $149 for and by grabbing that membership, which is the basic entry level membership that they have, you’re able to buy fractional gold and silver. You can take advantage of almost all the member benefits including getting a paycheck, if you decide to try and go after one of those; but you can literally start accumulating precious metals. It’s just a dollar a day or a dollar a week or a dollar a month.
So a lot of people think I got to have a lot of money to buy silver and gold, you don't. But you need to be buying some silver and gold. You’ve been telling us that for about 4 years now or a little longer maybe. But with that, the different membership options that we've got, you can be one and done by buying a legacy VIP membership or you can just take the $149 basic membership or the one in between, any one of those three might fit every one of your audience members but they won't know until they take a look at the different benefits that exist in each one of those.
Phil: So not to interrupt you, but just so I get this straight they now have a membership where you could just pay one time, a certain amount, whatever that amount is and then they're a member for life. There's no more annual memberships like it used to be in the past?
Todd: Accurate. you can buy one time, pay that VIP Legacy membership. It's got a lot of member benefits. I'm not going to get into all those tonight. I think that's better explained why one of our enrollment team members, when they make an appointment, but I think it's worth a good look and as you said it a minute ago, please take 15 minutes or invest 15 minutes of your time to listen to what I have to say tonight.

I'm going to ask for about 30 minutes or so for them to make an appointment, your audience members to make an appointment, with one of our team members. It might be me, it might be you, it might be anybody that takes calls for you but we'd like to show you what the member benefits have to offer and then you can make a good decision if the 7K metals membership is something you want to grab or if it's not right for you, it's not right for you, that's fine.
So yeah, they have the Legacy members of the VIP Legacy that allows you one-time fee and then you have access to all the member benefits and that includes instant gold pay which you get if you do enroll anybody else underneath you, you get paid commission. So if somebody that you enroll buys, say, $1,000 worth of silver or gold, you get about a 1% match as a bonus that goes into your sound money wallet, in like metals. There's just some really cool things that go on.
So, like if I was going to be a member and I didn't have a lot of money but my dad did and he wanted to try and roll some of this money that he had in the bank into precious metals, when he did that, I actually get a commission for the purchase that he makes underneath me. A lot of people have made a lot of money doing that just by having their friends and family buy bullion through 7K metals underneath one of the memberships.
Phil: Ah, that thing, I think is the most, one of the most interesting things, changes in 7K that I've seen is the fact that they're now giving precious metals not just through the coin of the month that we talked about many times and all that but also through, what did you call it? You called it a gold deposit or something? Gold bonus?
Todd: Instant Gold pay. Yep. Each one of the memberships, when you enroll somebody underneath you in the Legacy, the VIP, or the basic membership, you get either 80 dollars in gold, 40 dollars in gold or 20 dollars in gold, respectively, the minute you enrolled them and immediately gets deposited in your sound money wallet.
Phil: See that's super huge to me because before when we first launched 7K and we were enrolling everybody into the downline tree and all that kind of stuff, we, we only got points for that. The points would accumulate, obviously, into commission and then if you accumulated a certain amount of points you know one week versus the next week versus the next week, you would get a certain amount of commission based on those points. Now, that process is still the same except they've added precious metals to your earnings, basically. So if you get a certain amount of enrollments not only do you just get points like it did before but now you're actually getting metal. They’re depositing metal right into your sound money wallet, which is super awesome. I wish we had that 3 years ago when we started this. More people would have gold, right now. Um, but regardless, it’s still available now and the one reason why I wanted to hit home on this is because too, a lot of people that we originally signed up with 7K are no longer with 7K, for a variety of reasons. Um, I think that audience is the audience that we’re trying to appeal to the most. If you were already with it, and you dropped for whatever reason, there’s a lot of reasons, you know, lost a job, whatever it is. You just didn’t have the money for it. You may now be able to afford it because of these changes. And no only that you may even be in a better position to see than when we first launched in 2021.
Todd: I think that’s accurate, especially in light of the fact that we have a change in the White House happening in the next couple of weeks and our economy should start to improve. Some of the regulations and tariffs and what not that he is putting on is going to improve, you know, bring the dollars back to the United States again. When more jobs happen, people have more money in their pocket.

And again, it’s just the nature of the beast that when things get tightened up you gotta have an electric arm and get a piece of silver from 7K every month, you gotta do what you gotta do to you know, take care of your family. I totally respect that. But I agree with you, if you’ve been a member in 7K metals in the past and are not right now or at least not engaged in understanding what is going on with the membership you have, this is the perfect opportunity. At the end, we’re going to announce a couple of contests and where you’re audience needs to go to find out how to get plugged in and/or how to find out if this is right for them or not. And that kinda brings me to the….sorry.
Phil: No, cool. Go ahead.
Todd: Well, that kinda brings me to the second objection that we heard a lot and that was, a lot of people wanted to buy bullion, but they weren’t really interested in the coin of the month, the, the um, the numismatic or the um, the collectible coin options, there are 4 of them with 7K. And I totally understand that. Well, I think that you, I remember, you and
I had a conversation before I joined 7K metals when I said, why in the world do I want all these collectible coins? You know, silver is going to go up, whether it doubles or quintuples or it goes up by a 1000, isn’t good just to have a piece of silver or bullion, you know, at melt price? Why would I want these 120 or 150 dollar collectible or 500 dollar collectible coins; there’s lots of those out there too. And you gave me some great explanation on that. It really changed my life because I would not have any of the wealth that I have accumulated if you had not given me that advice, because the coins that I bought have gone up drastically.
Phil: And that is a good point to interject here and sort of explain when you hear the word, bullion, what that means versus what a numismatic coin is. These are 2 totally different things. They are both metal, okay, so when you have a piece of metal and a coin, they’re both metal, right? But they’re in different shapes. Okay, so the coin in round. It has a certain design on it, has a certain year on it, has a certain date, has a certain condition. Maybe it’s a really good condition. Maybe it’s in really poor condition. Maybe you didn’t put it in an airtight case and it oxidizes and it gets, you know, yucky or whatever. Um, there’s a bunch of differences between what bullion is and what a numismatic coin is, and a great numismatic coin but the biggest difference is bullion is just kind of, a kind of raw silver or raw gold. It could be shaped a certain way. It could be whatever or poured into a certain mold. But it’s just raw. There’s no specialty to it. It’s not numbered, it’s not part of a series…none of those things. Not a collectible. It’s just raw. And when we talk about spot value, the spot value of a metal is associated with how many ounces of the metal you have.
So if you have a 10, 10-ounce bar of silver or gold, whatever the spot value is, you go to it that day and you look it up and you multiply that by 10. You're 10 ounces are worth a certain amount. A numismatic coin is only one ounce. There's, there's others that are more ounces than that, of course, but let's just say you have a one-ounce coin. That one-ounce coin could be worth 100 times more than your 10-ounce bar just because of what is on the coin. Is it a collector's piece? There are many, many millions of coin collectors all across the world, forget about just the country, across the world and these specific sets of coins, in these, you know, different numismatic coins, different series of coins, so to speak, have a value onto themselves to these collectors. And in addition to that, of course, silver eagles. Silver eagles and Gold Eagles are considered currency by the US Mint and they will always have a little bit more value too.

So having a numismatic coin which is what 7K has become famous for, versus having just the plain piece of metal from any other company, there is an enormous difference and I think the majority of people that have accumulated their wealth over the last few years that, that we've been involved have probably done so through those numismatics. I know my numismatic coin value from the coins that I bought through 7K through Phil’s Silver has exploded, you know, because I bought some, some really cool interesting coins in the value of those are very well documented. So I think that's the biggest misnomer is everybody thinks, oh well, metal here is only $30 spot value and the same ounces over here is $100. Well, it's not because you're getting ripped off $70 it's because there's numismatic value, value associated with that coin. That's a good point, I'm glad you brought that up.
Todd: Yeah and just real quick to give your audience a visual aid in my, this hand (Todd is showing his left hand with a round coin) this is a just a regular Silver Eagle non-graded. This is a graded MS-70 Silver Eagle (Todd holds up in his right hand a square coin). The one in the case here is the sealed, hermetically sealed so you can't get into that without breaking the case open. And this coin’s worth about three times as this coin is. (He is referring to the right-handed coin in the case versus the left-handed coin not in a case) the minute it's put into this case and graded.
And that is something that's an education point that we actually try…We pride ourselves and 7K does in bringing education to the new members that we have on exactly why you want a little bit of both in the portfolio as you start to grow it and then, as you said, many people have never saved anything in their entire life. Actually you didn't say this. This is my next point. It, and I'm one of those people I would get two or three or four thousand dollars in a savings account; I've always made decent money, but then, you know, a nice set of golf clubs would come along or I wanted to upgrade some feature on my car or put an addition on part of my house and I will go tap that savings account. Well, the auto saver that comes every month from 7K actually just shows up every month. It's an automatic thing and it allows me to stack silver, one of their four options that you get to pick from, I actually get all four options every month and because of that, I have a substantial savings account now that I never would have had had you not introduced me to 7K Metals and explained to me why I wanted to get the, the numismatic or the collectible coins.
Phil: Yeah, I'm really happy that the people that did get involved got involved and are in the position they're in now because what I have to talk about later tonight, during the Intel period, is really going to cast a lot of light on where we should be looking towards in, in what to do once Trump actually does get back in the office, which is only a couple weeks away, like you said. So I'm excited that we've already helped as many people as we already have in the past few years but I think that there's an enormous amount of people out there that we haven't yet helped that if they would just give us the chance to not only get them involved with this company but also educate them on different metals and, and what the differences are and how you could actually use this opportunity to create a business for yourself of, you know, perpetual income and you know wealth in in the future. And by the way, we do have the income disclosure; I guess this is a good time to mention that, the income disclosure for 7K. Anytime we talk about income or commissions or any of that, they make us post an income disclosure, which we have done, in the description of this video. You'll see a couple things in the description; there's the income disclosure, Todd's email address, and some details about a contest which Todd is going to talk about shortly.
Todd: Yep. I’m going to cover 2 more things real quick.

Um, one of the most important things when people said, I don’t really understand the numismatic coins. I don’t really want to have that coin-of-the month thing but I still want the membership. Well, you used to have to have the coin-of-the-month in order to maintain your membership. In the VIP Legacy, there is an option to turn off your auto saver, which I don't recommend you do at all, but if you're philosophically opposed to buying the coins at 7K Metals had, but you still want to take advantage of the 7K advantage and the sound money wallet and the all the different other membership benefits that we have, you can do that.
But before you turn that auto saver off, what we've been doing a lot of in the last three years, is educating our members how instead of sending $125 or $150 every month into the IRS, you can actually get this coin instead, one of the auto ships and now you're buying silver and gold, stacking silver and gold with money you used to send to the IRS that they're sending over to what's his name in ah, never mind I won't get into political stuff tonight. But they don't use our tax dollars for things that help me. My roads around here are terrible. But the people over in other countries are getting great big bonus checks from our government with our tax dollars.
So I wanted to know how exactly can I shift the dollar, say that $10,000, that I'm sending the IRS every year and change that into money that I can, sorry for that, silver and gold, that I actually can stack in my own safe in my house in my possession. So we want to take an opportunity to show your audience that little feature because it's pretty incredible. Another thing we've heard a lot of is, I don't want to build a business and that's absolutely fine. In fact and you'll see in the income disclosure if you go look at it, about 85% of all the 7K Metals members are just that they're just members. They don't get a paycheck. They don't introduce the membership to anybody else. I shouldn't say a paycheck, a commission check. Ah, but since the company started eight years ago, they've run statistics every year. They track all this stuff and only about 15% on average of their members build a business and regular paycheck or commission check from them and under the old compensation plan, is you remember, it used to be pretty hard to earn enough points to get that commission check.
Well, the enhanced comp plan that they've got in place now, has been so aggressively changed that not only is it’s almost, it's, it's so much more easy to get the first commission check, the $250 commission check is the first one you're able to attain, but once you get a few people underneath each side of you along with the instant gold pay and some of the other resources that we've got between you, myself and 7K there's so much there to help people that do want to build a business duplicate and replicate, which is the key to any kind of network marketing, is having an easy, duplicatable system and we've managed to help hundreds and hundreds of people learn how to do just that.
Phil: Yeah. I think the highlight there is it’s easier to take commission now than it used to be based on the aggressive changes that have happened with the comp plans. So, you were involved with this before and maybe you struggled to get a commission check out of this, ah, and therefore struggled to maintain the membership because you weren’t making money, ah, 7K is drastically changed the things that they’ve done to that comp plan to help you earn easier and to keep you involved this time instead of losing you ah, to, for various reasons, things like we talked about. So I know there's some contest details coming up and this would be the last. I think we'll wrap it up after this.
Todd: Absolutely. So I don't have enough time to talk about all the member benefits. Again, my objective tonight was just to kind of tease your audience a little bit, to get them interested in looking, again, at the 7K Metals membership.

So what we're going to do here, because we're so excited about what they have to offer with these enhancements, Phil is actually running two separate contests that I'm going to kind of spearhead running and I don't want this to ever be Todd’s Silver. It's Phil’s Silver. My expertise is in the background, kind of, putting together systems and processes to help that replication happen. So I'm going to work with all of our team leaders that Phil’s found and continues to support with 7K Metals. We're going to run two contests for the next couple of months. Right now we're calling it through the end of March, correct Phil? March 31st.
Phil: Yes.
Todd: And we're going, we may extend that, so you know go ahead and get yourself involved right now. Because the contest, once you've entered the contest phase, any contest that we run off of that, the names will be drawn, will come out of the pool that I'm about to explain right now.
So first of all, as Phil mentioned, down in the bottom of the ah, the description is a website, philssilver.com/contest (Note: Please verify this link yourself on Rumble) and if you go there there's two buttons on that form. If you're currently a 7K Metals member, that means you currently have an active account, every month get your auto saver, ah, coin of the month comes to you, I want you to click on the 7K members button. There, you are going to fill in your username, first name, last name, email and phone number. This is basically you opting into the contest. You're going to click the I AGREE button and I'm not a robot and hit submit. Pretty simple.
If you don't remember or don't know how to find your username, down at the bottom of that website, there's instructions on that web form exactly how to go into your 7K Metals membership to get that. So if you've entered that way and again, these are all the people that are currently a 7K Metals active member. Each week from now until March 31st, Phil and I are going to drop two names every week from the list of current members and we're going to help you identify someone in your contacts, your sphere of influence, that would like to try a 7K Metals membership and Phil and I are going to pay for them to have a basic membership with 7K, okay? That's that $149 membership that I talked about earlier. We will actually open that account for your friend, family member, wife, whoever. You don't have to do anything except help us identify somebody who would like that free chance to experience all that 7K has to offer.
When we do that enrollment, not only will you get points on that for that enrollment, you're also going to get $20 of instant gold pay. So if you find your friend or family member, get them enrolled, you're going to get 20 points on one side of the other points, end up being dollars in the commission structure and you're going to get $20 an instant gold pay. I don't know if there's a better way for us to help you start launching your new business or continue helping you build one that you've already done, if you're in that mode already.
Todd: Alright, if you're not currently a member or even if you used to be a 7K Metals member but you didn't renew your membership, I don't care what the reason is, you're going to click SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT button, that's the second option on there. You're going to select your country and your time zone and then you're going to find a date and time that it's convenient for you to meet with one of our team members. All of our available appointments are open. I talked to Mike earlier, I think you said we have something close to 2,000 available appointment slots for the next 7 Days. Excuse me. (Todd clears his throat.)
From that, once you got your appointment scheduled. Each week, this is important, from now until March 31st, again, we're going to draw two names from all of those who have scheduled and here's the key AND HELD THEIR APPOINTMENT. So you made an appointment for Thursday at 2:00.
Phil: Yes.
Todd: And we're going, we may extend that, so you know go ahead and get yourself involved right now. Because the contest, once you've entered the contest phase, any contest that we run off of that, the names will be drawn, will come out of the pool that I'm about to explain right now.

You were on the phone at 2:00, Mike Mendota or Derek French or one of my team members, our team members, actually communicated with you and you listen to the 7K Metals presentation, we're going to click a box in our CRM that says you did that and you've done everything you need to do to be entered in that contest, whether you enrolled in 7K or did not. doesn't matter.
If you held that appointment and stuck with it, awesome. So if your name is drawn and you did enroll in 7K Metals, we're going to do the same thing, help you identify one prospect from your contacts and we're going to pay for that basic membership again. You don't got to do anything except help us find that person who's wanting to try a membership with 7K. Again 20 points, $20 in instant gold pay in your sound money wallet. If your name was drawn and you hadn't already enrolled in 7K, after you had your appointment, again, for whatever reason and we draw your name, we will gift you that basic 7K Metals membership. We're going to plug you into our community of PSI members, show you all at 7K has to offer. So if you held an appointment with 7K in the past, whether you became a member or didn't, please do yourself a favor, guys, take the time to take a second look. Nothing to lose and potentially a whole lot to gain. Again, you're going to go to the link right now if you can. It'll be on the bottom of the, the Phil's live stream notes tonight. Go there, go ahead and get yourself entered, no matter which one it is and let's get you entered into the contest. Take a minute to take a good look at 7K Metals. That, Phil, unless you have something else to add.
Phil: Shakes his head no.
Todd: I just wanna thank you for your time, your followers for giving me the time, and by the way, Trump won.
Phil: Three times, three times. Thank you, Todd, that was excellent.

You're very articulate and you explain things very well, that's why I wanted you here, because I would have just probably lost my train of thought and started talking about, like rabbits or something like halfway through the presentation. So yeah, for those of you that are interested and really want to kick start a new business for the new year and take advantage of all the things that my other business partners have taken advantage of, the link is in the description for the contest. That's how you make your appointment, that's how you get everything rolling. Let us help you. You know, let us help you try something new this year, maybe get you away from your old job, if all things work out and you take it seriously, I think we can really educate you on how to evolve into the next economy that we're going to. So thank you so much, Todd, I appreciate it. We'll have you on again. Once the contest deadline comes a little closer, we'll talk again and we'll go from there. Thanks man.
Todd: Waves goodbye on the screen. Thank you, have a good night.
Phil: Okay back to me, me, me.
Todd: Waves goodbye on the screen. Thank you, have a good night.
Phil: Okay back to me, me, me.

There I am. Okay, so listen guys you know, I know, I, as Todd was talking there, I read, I read the comments and um, let me just be frank with you. If I announced tonight that I am no longer going to be live streaming and I’m going to delete everyone of my social media accounts, every one of them, and I’m going to make my wife delete her and we’re just going to go. A few things, if that situation were to occur, which it’s not occurring, but if it did, a few things are true.
#1, Me or her will not ever have to work again. Fact #1.
#2, I will never have income ever again.
But that's okay. Even if those 2 things are true, that’s okay. Why? Because I've, over the last four years, have gotten involved with businesses like this. Whether it's a direct sales company, a multi-level marketing company, or something else, and they have completely changed my life. Completely. You didn't know me when I had cars repossessed. That happened, that happened. You didn't know me when I had a 470 credit score, I did. You didn't know me when the bank was after me for foreclosure. I wasn't live streaming back then. You didn't know me when I was getting remodeling done to my house and after the remodeling was done a vendor was owed $27,000, which we wrote a check for and the check was no good. Well, that's a felony and I went to jail for it. You may be surprised to know that all of the things that I just said occurred sometime between 2017 and 2021. It doesn't sound like a long time ago because it wasn't a long time ago.
There may be a lot of people out there that say, oh yeah, what, you got your riches through illegal means and through blood money and through scamming people. Well, let me ask you a question. If that were true, why haven't I been arrested or investigated? The fact of the matter is I haven't done anything illegal and all I've done is set up businesses like this to not only further the benefits of my family and our financial future but to benefit yours as well. If I were to walk away from all this today and just give it all up, you'll never see me, you'll never hear from me again. I'm set and not only that, but my kids are set. Now what they do with it once I'm gone, I have no idea but I'm doing this to help you guys because I know a lot of you are in that situation that I just described, where you know you can't pay your rent, landlord's not going to your door, you're looking to get evicted, you're living in your car. You don't have a car, you got your car taken away from you. I'm just trying to help you guys for real, for real, so if you don't want to be helped or you just want to dismiss it, it's okay. No one's going to be mad at you for that, but my goal is to try to get you out of the situation you're in because I had no money either and while having no money, I went through a divorce, an arrest, jail, seizure. I'm sitting here. So let me help you. That's what, that’s what that was all about.
Alright. We are going to get into some explosive stuff and I mean explosive, over the next hour, hour and a half here. Phil, will you give back? Somebody just wrote that. So I just gave away a hundred and some thousand dollars Before Christmas I think that's considered giving back; the year before I gave away about $150,000 and that's just of the donations that you know about. I'm not going to sit here and brag and tell you where you know I donated all my money so it makes it look like I'm some, you know, philanthropist but yes, of course, I give back. We donated to the veterans. We donated to many different organizations that we feel are helping our cause. So, of course. It shouldn’t even be a question.
And I think, I hope and pray that each of you will be in a position to do the same. And perhaps if you follow my business advice maybe you’ll get there. But that's up to you guys.
Anyway, I just so happened to glance over and I saw that question. It's crazy.
We're going to get into some explosive stuff tonight and I didn't really feel a need to talk about this Intel too soon because I knew no one else had it.
This is as exclusive as you can get. It doesn't get any more exclusive than what you're about to hear. As with all important Intel drops, I like to put it into a PowerPoint-type presentation; I think it's easier to follow along for a lot of people because I'm long-winded and I just seem to talk constantly forever and sometimes go out on a tangent. I know that listening to me sometimes could be hard so I like putting it in a format where it may be more understandable for my audience. That's why I use the PowerPoint presentation. In addition to that, some people are visual learners so I have some graphics that I'll put up tonight. I just want to ask you this, before you start watching, we got a large audience tonight. We got 37 million, 37,400,000 watching right now. I want to preface this by saying, wait until the end because I think in the first half of things you're going to assume a lot. I don't want you to assume anything. So stick around, watch to the end and I assure you, that this will be a very well put together and very well explained and an enormous, enormous Intel drop which, if you play your cards right, you can take advantage of now, right?
Before we get into that, I want to know my first sponsor of tonight which is TacRight.com. The link is down in the description.

Let me get this presentation here on the screen started. Alright, cool. So I know, ah… I'm just going to leave it like that because whenever I try to change it to make it full screen, it screws up on me so I'm not going to do it. So as you can see on the screen this reportedly looks like tonight is going to be about cryptocurrency and I know that each of you have heard me say many, many times that I am not a proponent of crypto. The title is a little misleading, a little bit, because although tonight is about cryptocurrency, it's about a lot more than that and we are going to absolutely crush this topic tonight and either put it to bed for good, is it getting bigger if I do that? That's what she said, (Phil laughs.) Oh boy, alright.
A little bit of Michael Scott syndrome. If you don't want to watch the Office, shame on you. Not only because it was filmed in my backyard, not literally, but in my hometown, but because it's hilarious. Anyway, here we go. Let's start off with a basic one, shall we? I want, I want everyone to know what we're talking about tonight, so I figured I'd really dumb this down as much as I possibly could.
What is cryptocurrency? What is a cryptocurrency? A cryptocurrency, crypto - currency or just plain old crypto, is a digital currency designed to work through a computer network that is not reliant on any Central Authority such as a government or a bank to uphold or to maintain it. So when we talk about currency, the word currency means, it kind of gets misplaced and misconstrued with money. The US dollar is a currency. The Peso of Mexico is a currency. The Euro of Europe is a currency. Crypto is a different type of currency and the difference between all those other currencies that I just mentioned, from all around the world, and there's many others of course. A cryptocurrency is that it's on a digital computer network and in addition to that, it's not upholding to any Central Banking Authority. Every bank that we have from the Federal Reserve to the Central Bank of India, the Central Bank of Canada, all of these Banks worldwide are upholding on a centralized government system. Crypto is not, okay? Next slide please.
(Showing onscreen is WHAT IS CRYPTOCURRENCY with 2 items listed.) #2 on the list is individual coin ownership records are stored in a digital ledger or what's called a block chain, very important word, which is a computerized database using strong cryptography to secure transaction records, control the creation of additional coins, and verify the transfer of coin ownership.

So we have this, think of it as a big, thick notebook, like you had back in the day when you were in school. Big, thick binder notebook, right? Inside this notebook is… and by the way, to even open this notebook you need so much different codes to enter that it's nearly impossible. Block chain is nearly impossible to get in and is highly, highly secure. So that notebook that you have, that big, thick notebook with all of these transactions in it ranging from trading of different coins, who owns what, you know. You transfer 100,000 Bitcoin to your father or your mother. Well now, they own it. That record is in that notebook except, it's not a thick notebook; it's not a thick binder notebook, it's a block chain and a block chain is a digital version of that notebook, just something to keep track of not only all the transactions but who owns coins, who could create new coins. Now coins are called cryptocurrency - you have a Bitcoin, you have an XRP coin, you have a Doge coin, you have… there's so many, so many different cryptocurrency coins. None of that is really important to us tonight. How many coins there are or any of that and you'll see as we go forward here. Just know, that there's this digital notebook. It's enormous and it has transactions of everything. I know it's cut off there on the bottom a little bit; just deal with it. (Phil’s screen shows another item listed.)
Despite its name which has come to describe many of the FUNGIBLE block chain tokens that have been created. Cryptocurrencies are not to be considered currencies in the traditional sense and varying legal treatments have been applied to them in various jurisdictions, including classification as commodities, securities and currencies. So, in other words, the government got involved with this and they’re like, whoa, whoa, whoa. You could call it a currency but it’s not a currency. The only currency you could have is through us, the Federal Reserve. So, the government came in and started popping in these regulations and started not allowing the Crypto industry to do what they were trying to do, which is, basically, replace, ah, the US dollar as well as other currencies worldwide.
So they kind of stepped in and they said, well it's not a currency in a traditional… you could use that word because we don't own it but that's not what it is, okay? Now I'm going to give you a little bit of graphics. (Phil goes to slide 2 of his presentation.) I know that's small. Let me try to zoom, if possible. Let's go one more time. That’s a little better. So, this is a graphical representation of what happens in the block chain. What happens when you go to buy or sell some form of cryptocurrency, okay? Number 1, someone requests a transaction. So a request for a transaction could be, you want to buy Bitcoin or you want to sell Bitcoin or someone offers you XRP or you want to offer someone Doge coin or any of the other coins that are out there, any of the thousands of coins that I think currently exist.
It always starts with a request. There has to be a request, okay? That's the big thing, number one. Number 2, the requested transaction is broadcast to a P2P Network consisting of computers known as nodes. So P2P is Person to Person, okay? So this transaction, this requested transaction, gets broadcast over a network of computers, which are person to person known as nodes, so now it's going out there to all of these thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of nodes to try to fulfill this request, okay? It's either buying requests or selling requests, it's being broadcast, it's being advertised, basically, to see who wants to do it. Make it a little bigger. (Phil tries to make the graphic on screen a little bigger.)
Alright. Next step here under validation, the network of nodes validates the transaction and the user's status using known algorithms. So in other words once this request is sent out, this P2P network of computer nodes, advertises, broadcasts the transaction and then the network of those same nodes, validates the transaction.
